  Use start - computer or Windows Explorer

  Go to where the files are on the DVD, made a click right on and COPY - then go to the photo folder
  and click on the right and paste.

  You can do a whole file at once if you want one or groups of files.

  In a folder, you can HOLD SHIFT then click on a file or folder in the right pane, then click on the

  the problem is, when I create in the messages app a new account with my appl ID (for example on a new mac) I also use with my iphone, so everything worked very well for the starting point of creation.

  BUT... some older posts, I have on my iphone will appear in the new messages.app - account on my mac.

  Can't do.

  iMessages are pushed by the iMessages servers to devices recorded at this time there.

  I believe that if you open iBooks, you can drag and drop books from your library on the desktop of your Macbook. It will export the books as an Epub file, you can install on your Ereader as you normally would.

  I think that you open your Ereader in Finder and drag and drop it in the folder it. At least this is how I do it on my Kindle.
