  I can't upgrade to Camera Raw 9.1.1 7.0.0 on CS6.

  I downloaded the file DNGConverter_9_1_1 from the Adobe website. (He included Camera Raw right?)

  You can not update because you have the app store version. Apple does not apps sold through the app store to update anyway, except through the app store, and adobe obviously think we should create a new version whenever there is an update of raw. You can do it manually, but it is quite a pain. The directions are in this thread:

  Removal of Acrobat Pro has not solved the problem. It took one of the support associated with Adobe to modify some files on the PC.  Now works fine and everything to date.

  I move my camera since Nikon D3200 to Nikon D750. With the D3200 I used 11 items to edit JPEG and RAW files, but discovered today that 11 elements is not compatible with the D750 to read RAW files. I downloaded the trial version of 13 items - which is compatible with the Adobe help desk, but taken with the D750 RAW files aren't always be seen. However, I don't see the RAW files that I took with the D3200.

  Same card memory is used and I formatted the card when I changed from one camera to another.

  What I am doing wrong? I almost always shoot RAW, so I need to be able to the files.

  I wonder if the 13 elements is really compatible with the D750.

  I want to add that I use a Mac.

  Just use help > updates in the element editor 13 photoshop to get camera raw 8.7, so you don't have to use the DNG converter and then you will be able to open the nikon D750 directly in 13 EPS files.

  The camera Nikon D750 is supported with Camera Raw 8.7 and above.

  So, you need to update to Photoshop or you can download and install the DNG Converter.

  Normally, I shoot with the 7dmarki and have never had any problems.  After troubleshooting my error message 'cannot open IMG1111 because it's the wrong file type', only the options have been updated plugin raw from the camera, to buy the latest version or uninstall and reinstall.  First train to the plugin to update because it was a leased device.  Thanks again!

  Thanks MichelBParis!  I didn't see where he said to 12 items.  I downloaded the free DNG Converter last night and not had much luck.  It is not recognizing that I have all files in the folder at all.  Don't know what I'm doing wrong!
