Can I use a monitor at the time XP & keyboard with Windows 10?

It might be stupid question, but I'm going: I have a Dell Dimension 4700 running Windows XP.  I think the upgrade of the tower with one of little Inspiron desktops, but I wonder if I can save a bit of money, at least in the meantime using my monitor UltraSharp 1704FPT existing with the new Win10 Tower.  My present Dell has a card Radeon dedicated video with a DVI output, but the monitor has a VGA connector as well.  Finally, I'll upgrade to a 20 "+ display, but $$ are tight right now."

Also, could I use my improved multimedia keyboard (model SK-8135) with a Windows 10 system?  There is a keyboard included with new systems Inspiron, but I like the feel and action of full height (if that's what it's called) of this old keyboard.  Like on the monitor, it still looks brand new and works perfectly.  Thanks in advance.

As long as you buy a desktop computer with the required by the monitor video connector, you'll be fine.

As for the keyboard, you will need to Google.
