can I use an adobe pdf icon in a commercial Web site

Hello. I read the instructions in icons and lines logo web site guidelines | Adobe but it is not clear to me if I can use the adobe pdf icon in our projects. I would like to add the pdf icon in the Panel Administrator of our websites we will rent to various clients and show when the user downloads pdf files. Thus, to download, we want to show files that will be downloaded using the icon pdf with the name of the file under the icon. So the question is if adobe allows such use since it is a commercial project. Thank you!

The first line shows the main stipulation of use. The icon should only be used to indicate the existence of an active link to a pdf file.  If nothing associated (next to) the icon that links a pdf file such as the pdf file open when the user clicks on the link and then the image cannot be used.  I don't think that your description meets this criterion, unless you provide links to open the files with these images.
