  You can remove safely from Bridge CS5 if you use is no longer. In this way it will have to use the Bridge CS6 when you try to open the bridge.

  What PDF reader do you use? If it's Adobe, I suggest you remove it and install Foxit.

  If you still have problems, create a file association.
   
  1. download and save the attachment to the office, if not already.
  2. right click on the saved file.
  3. Select: Open with on the shortcut menu.
  4. click on: choose [default] program.
  5. Select: Foxit Reader.
  6. check: always use the selected program to open this type of file.
  7. click on OK.

  For Photoshop CS2 activation has been reprocessed, so your original drive and the serial number does not work.

  As an owner of CS2, Adobe has a copy without activation and serial number, to which you are entitled.

  The serial number is to the right of the download link for Windows. You'll need this one, not your old number.

  Adobe Reader does not and has never been able to open a .jpg file. You open in any application you have that can open .jpg files.

  I found a solution... use Google Chrome, not Internet Explorer and go to the Adobe web site. Search for Flash Player.  Install the Flash Player from here.  I can now open portfolios very well!

  I worked on a project for a few months and just completed phase yesterday, has sent again and produced a bunch of DVD. Now, I can no longer open the project. It crashes every time, like auto save copies and save copies. I have to go back to a very old copy that works - they work if I go far enough - and do a lot of restructuring.

  Y at - it someone who can read a report for you to try to determine the problem?

  Yes, it happened with the film. Most of the cameras allowed to 'see' the film advance, if they released the limp, as the rewind crank would turn too. I knew better, but makes a shot at Williamsburg, Virginia, and one body was not moving. I have checked no - hurry, or too little coffee early in the AM? Fortunately, I was shooting with 3 Nikon, so was the film of two of the three for the start (missed some of the WA establishing shots), and when it was time to recharge, I checked the body #1 - Oops! Who corrects and got the images (returned on my own for a few of the shots WA) and learned a lesson, that I thought I knew - independently verify the rewind crank.

• CC bridge opening when I open an image file (always opens Bridge CS6)

  I made the switch from CC (Photo package) yesterday and I have already noticed a major problem that I can't find a solution for.

  Before yesterday, I had done Bridge CS6 my default program to open the image files.  So I would double click on any image file, and the CS6 Bridge would open in the folder that contains the image that I had opened.

  Now, I have tried, through "open as" characteristic of 'default 'own Windows program, to change my program "opener of the image" Bridge CS6 CC bridge and, despite the fact that the steps all complete without error, when in fact, I double-click an image file, it always comes back to opening in Bridge CS6.

  All have ideas, please?

  • Replace all files Photoshop cs6 cc.
  • Close Photoshop(Cc/Cs6)
  • Restart Bridge, and let us know if this helps

  Bridge cs6, my files will open in Windows photo or Live Photo Gallery Viewer.  When I go to 'Open with' in the file menu PS CS6 is not an option.  I know it must be simple, but it's driving me crazy and I can't get my pictures to open in PS when I double click on one of my tens of thousands of photos.

  I just buy CS6 yesterday.  In addition, what I have to keep the Adobe CS6 file that is on my desk, or can I delete it now that the program is loaded?  He is 1.77 GB.  If I still need to reload PS, I can do it from the store on my account, right?  Even for the Adobe file that is on my desk for the LR4 download a few months previously.  Also, I left checked on 64 download and the regular PS PS6.  I have windows 7 I only need 64-bit.  Why is the other CS6 PS (no 64)?  Do I need?  Should I uninstall it?  Also, should I uninstall CS4 and CS5?  They're all still sitting there, with LR3 (I now use the LR4).  I have huge and several hard drives, so space is not a review.  But I just want to clean it up a bit.

  Lots of questions here, let's see what I can add.

  The problem of file goes to associations of type file/Preferences.  You should have the CS6 selected option to the default extension.  Can try first the option on the bottom button to set the default settings.

  If the 1.77 g you do file refers to is the one you downloaded and used for the installation you can delete.  It is a wise choice to save it to a DVD first so you'll get where you need it in the future.  Also record the serial number in place course.  Acutally safe isn't the right word, the need to put in place where you can find if you need next year.  HD may fail.

  There are still third party plug-ins that do not work in mode 64-bit, so the 32-bit version.  There is also no 64 no bits TWAIN so some like always to use for parsing.

  Some users experience file association and other problems with an uninstall of previous versions.  So, it is more prudent to let them be.

  If you want to clean up a little to resist the urge to move all Adobe programs once is installed.  It can really foul upward.

  Right-click in the PDF file, go to 'Open with' & choose "Adobe Acrobat XI".

  

  Let me know if the file opens in Adobe Acrobat XI or not.

  Also, I would like to know if there is an error.

  Saipanman2013, we need to re - install PS CS6 which in turn will be re - install Br CS6 as well and remove the remnants of the plant. To follow the steps below:

  • Uninstall the application using native uninstaller of the following places:

  Win: Panel-> program & features

  Mac: Utilities-> Adobe installers folder

  • Download and install the Creative Suite from Adobe cleaner tool and remove the remains of the application.

  • Empty the Temp folder:

  Win: Start-> Run-> %Temp%

  Mac: Go-> Go To Folder-> / tmp

  • Empty the Recycle Bin or trash.

  I get a blank screen. All started to arrive recently after upgrading to Firefox 9. I now use 11. I tried all the steps of troubleshooting of Firefox and Adobe without success. It works with IE, so it's certainly related somehow to Firefox. If I can't fix it, I might have to give up Firefox, which I really don't want to do. There are too many sites that I need this job.   I think I can have it fixed. If all goes well, it will stay like this. I got an extension, downloadable in PDF format, which I disabled it and now I was able to open a PDF file in three different sites, I've tried. I had this extension for a long time, so don't know why it would suddenly be a problem. For now, I'm thinking it is solved. Will post again if it returns. Thanks to all who tried to help.

  I recently bought a new computer windows 7, HP 1250ea, there an i7 processor and 6g memory.

  I then loaded PS CS3 that I use on my old XP PC for years, and it would be more open raw files.

  Bridge and the PS give me the error message "could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document.

  I have 4 camera raw version and I can't seem to update it using the help > updates in PS or by downloading the latest version of the Adobe Web site

  I mentioned disabling as you can have only 2 copies activated at the same time.  If you need to disable, because even if you junk your old computer or your hard drive fails, it is still considered an activated copy.

  Is there an error message or not is not revealing.  Several versions of installation in the location of the file that ACR will not work.  So, check the location and see if it there over a FFL.  You could put a tilde (usually key under ESC) in front of it so the computer doesn't see it.  Then re-download ACR.  If it works, delete the file raw from the camera with tilde.
