  Hello. I have Lightroom 3. The only addition I've ever done is to add a plugin of double Finder several years ago. No, all of a sudden I can no longer download photos as usual. I need to deceive Lightroom by downloading by adding new files into folders and then synchronize these folders. But lately this work around is not no longer works. Is the program, forcing me to upgrade? Can I continue to use this version. I need to reset something. Please help because it is very frustrating.

  PDF, GIF and BMP are not the types of files supported for Lightroom.

  Just download, install and activate using your serial number.  You are allowed to have the software installed and enabled on both machines.  If you do want to keep the original installation of backup you can turn it off by opening one of the programs and by selecting help-> Deactivate.

  If you need your serial number, you should be able to find it in your account Adobe online if you have registered the software when you install everything first.

Now, I have a MacBook with the latest version 10.11. I wanted to copy the programs on my MacBook to work also on this computer. I copied the folder with the programs 'Programs' and the folder of the "Library / Application Support / Adobe" on my USB key and pulled on the MacBook in the program folder and the folder of Adobe. Then I restarted the computer. When I wanted to start a program, I got with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash, the error 6 error message. For Indesign: "Adobe ID missing required files please reinstall missing file / Library / Application Support / Adobe / support /... / ROMAN." TXT ".» But on my old computer I could not find a record of support for the Type in the path to the Library / Application Support / Adobe. And I don't know what I have to do because of error 6. Can someone help me please? Thank you very much.

  Avoid copying files from one computer to the other. It won't work. You run out of hidden files scattered around the hard drive and interrupt the licensing mechanism.

  Uninstall, run the cleanup tool.
