Can no network in windows 8 OS comments, I find drivers?

Hello the VMWare community. I am to evaluate VMWare workstation 9, and most of the time I love it. Since I am a user of the totally blind computer that uses software text-to-speech screen reader, keyboard shortcuts for bootting VM, and switching between the host and the guest of the BONE are a must for me. I have 3 currently configured VM. My host OS is windows vista Home premium 32-bit, running on an older Toshiba laptop. My guests are windows XP pro, windows 7 pro and windows 8 pro. My XP and windows 7 clients work well. However, my Windows VM 8 has not any network connectivity either. Looking in the Device Manager in windows 8, I see an ethernet controller under other devices with no driver installed for it. VMWare does not install drivers for the guest OS or I have to see if I can find the drivers for my physical NIC for windows 8? The host computer is an old Toshiba Satellite P205D laptop PC series. When you configure windows 8 VM, I said I wanted to networking, and I tried NAT and mode, no luck with either bridged. If anyone can give me some ideas to get networking to work under windows 8, I would be grateful. I have full access to windows 8 with my access to MSDNAA now dreamspark through my college. So any ideas on getting my ethernet controller in windows 8 VM would be useful. Thank you.

Have you created the virtual machine by using the default settings?

The default for Windows 8 virtual network adapter is the "e1000e" and must be recognized by Windows 8 out of the box. Please check if the configuration of the virtual machine (.vmx) file contains the entry that is appropriate for the network card.

ethernet0.virtualDev = "e1000e.
