Can not cancel my package

Went to cancel your Adobe Creative Cloud membership but it is badly out of date.  My last payment was May 17 so my plan is underway but I did not need to use Adobe products for a few months.   For a reason, even through I paid 6 days ago, I get a message

'Oh no! There is a problem with your recent payment. Update payment details for the service without interruption. »

Don't know why, as I bought a week ago.  In any case no big deal.  What is a big deal, that's it there is no undo option (or pause) plan.  It simply is not there even thought the doc to help above says that it is.

There is something else which is kinda weird.  The plan is called '

Creative single-app cloud membership for Adobe Premiere Pro (one year)

And it's defiantly not what I signed up I knew I would have a month when I have no CC. There was a case if you have joined a year and I didn't get it.  The price I pay is £17,15.

How to untangle this mess?
