Can not cancel my creative cloud
I spent the last 30 minutes trying to give up my project, and I can't cancel it. I rarely use photo shop now, so I don't think it would be wise for me to use it now. I went through the customer service to abandon my plan. He told me to go to my account, then manage account, terminate the program, then he told me to return the Customer Support. The same process.
