• Can not create hyperlink from selected text

  In Acrobat 10 I select text on a title page to make a link to another page in my pdf document. When I right click on the text selected, I have no choice to create a link. When I use the link tool I try to draw a rectangle around the text, but it will leave only to create an area on a grid (which is off of my text).  I have created links of free-form in the past but can not understand why Acrobat now requires a grid.

  Many issues of the site can be caused by corrupted cookies or cache. Try to clear the cookies and cache.
  Note: This will be you temporarily disconnect all sites, you're connected to.
  To clear the cache and cookies to do the following:

  I had the program Windows Doctor, turned on, and also this problem is solved :-) So the path was there after doctor windows had done his job... still :-)) I don't know what was the exact problem... but I have a happy :-)

• Can not find the pre-selection adjustment Local documents - help, please?

  After that technicians Apple wiped my MacBook Pro, I reinstalled all my apps, including 6 Lightroom (CC).  No problem with purchased downloads or the addition of my presets. But oh no! When I tried to add my brushes bought, I could not find the folder of Local adjustment Preset! Where would it be?

  Here's what I see when I click on the folder presets button. Do you have any suggestions as to other where I could look at? I tried Adobe & se troubleshooting forums, but no luck.

  Oh hey, I found a solution in another post, only tangentially related. Thank you to skproductions303 for this!  (Copy and paste the solution here, in quotes, in the case where someone else has the same problems.)

  "I had the same problem, just bought a new Macbook Pro (June 2015) and Lightroom CC was this mistake as well."  Here is the dialog box that I've had with Adobe, and it cures the problem:

  Adobe: Please click on the search option in your Dock at the bottom of the screen.

  Adobe: Then click GO on the MenuBar at the top of the screen.

  Adobe:, and then click GO to folder, and then type: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe /.

  Scott: OK, I did

  Adobe: Control-click on the folder and choose read information.

  Adobe: Expand the section sharing & permissions.

  Adobe: Click on + icon, and check if the administrator select

  Scott: OK, I chose the Admin

  Adobe: Give read and write to the Admini

  Scott: completed

  Adobe: Click the gear icon and select apply changes to included items

  Scott: OK

  Adobe: In the Finder window, click GO and select GO to folder

  Adobe: Type in
  Adobe: / Library/Application Support/Adobe/ and press enter

  When I try to access my settings for appearance or basically anything in Control Panel, it says that windows cannot find (path name) and he said make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again. to search for a file, click the Start button and click Start.

  In such cases, the first assumption is aligned to the pixel grid.

  You can select the entire document and untick finally align on the pixel grid in the Transform palette and uncheck also align new objects to the pixel grid in the options of the Launcher.

  You can avoid the types of documents with the default (RGB for the web and other) or change the default value for such documents.

  Try a clean boot (Vista and W7) http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135. If the problem goes away then it's just a matter of tracking down the culprit at the origin of the problem. Follow the procedures described in the article. Once found, remove, delete, disable or uninstall. Once don't forget to reset your system back to the normal state, as described in the procedures. If the problem occurs in clean mode then just restore the system to normal and reboot - this solution will not work. • Why can I not see my paths when the line is white?

  (NB. This could be a bug of Win8 beta)

  In Adobe Illustrator, I have several paths. When I put their race in almost any color I can see them. For example here, they are black:

  

  (Note that I have my plans of work hidden using the 'View' button-> menu 'Hide work plans', and I document established simulating (green) colored paper.)

  But if I change the white line, I do not see the paths:

  But they are not visible. What is going on? Is this a bug (I use a beta version of the operating system) or am I missing some setting that I do with the visible white lines? They are really white, export in PNG seems fine, why can't I see them in Illustrator?

  I'll tell you that it's a bug then.

  Using color paper simulate the document updated in place, a way of drawing, by setting white outline, making sure that overprint Stroke is NOT checked in the attribute Panel... should show the race. If not, it must be a bug somewhere.

  Maybe in Illustrator...

  Try this... Choose View > show transparency grid. I bet that the trait to appear as if by magic.
