  Please, try the following:

  1 try to repair Acrobat via Add/Remove programs in Control Panel. Then try to install the patch.

  2. If the option above didn't work, then you can use Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat cleaning - Adobe Labs tool to remove Acrobat completely from your system, then try to re - install Acrobat and then apply the latest patch.

• I can not get the updates from the Windows for my XP Home SP3 site

  I can't get updates - Microsoft site says "the website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to display." It also displays the error code 0 x 80070424.

  In the order shown, do not jump...

  First of all - download, install, operate and put to update and then run a full scan of the system with the following two (one at a time, reboot in-between):
