  When I try to put it to day/download anything I get Security Alert pop up stating that my security settings do not allow this download. Cannot download even solutions of solution center or anything like that. What should do? Hell I can or disable security for all, do downloads, updates, etc., then enable again security? • Can not find the downloaded files

  I don't know exactly when it started, but suddenly I can't find all the downloaded files.  I get prompted to run or save the file, and then on the progress bar window and the file download, but any place I pick up (or even if I chose to simply run the program), the dialog boxes disappear when the download is complete.  The files are not where I told them to be stored and they are not anywhere else on the computer.  When I choose to run a program, I get a dialog box for that either.  This problem occurs no matter what browser I use.  I did some digging and I came across several others with the same problem and there seems to be a problem with Windows Update.  Suggestions are to uninstall the latest updates to fix the problem, but I think it started several weeks ago and I don't want uninsatll everything.  Any help is appreciated.

  I see a lot of posts talking about the fact that I should just "start and run the services of ripple" to test and debug my app phonegap/cordova.

  I can not however for the life of me figure out how to start waving services.
