  • If your security software firewall is enabled, a message may appear warning that software Canon tries to access the network. If the warning message appears, configure the security software to always allow access.

  The problem here is that the printer has a sensor that determines when the paper is loaded in the correct position when he takes the paper and feeds them.  The sensor that detects the paper will be confused by certain colors or black and lead the printer to believe that the document has not been loaded.

  To work around this problem, you could cut strips of 1/4 "wide and 1" long between the top edge of a Post-It note.  This stick top-left edge of the paper on the side that will be printed, then charge this upside down in the printer (post-its will be on the side and now in the upper right of the document).  After printing, the band could be removed and reused.

  This may be not a good solution if you have hundreds or thousands of pages to print, but can be OK for a few dozens.
