HP e-Print C310c: I can not print on some colourd paper or black paper

Hello everyone - this is my first time introduced into the HP community - please excuse me if I posted this in the wrong place etc.

in any case my problem (the impression I visit the GP )

I have a wireless HP e-print printer with, I dare say - not genuine ink (I feel so naughty saying that here )

I'm a letter opener - there art, and to carry out some business commissions I need t print on paper color and black.

Now, ink and printing is all a - OK but whenever I have pop color darker in my printer paper it just feeds through until it finds a shadow, he likes and then prints.

Is there something I can do to stop this, or do I need a new printer, etc.?

I have the technological capability of a gnat, so please speak slowly and in laymens terms...

The problem here is that the printer has a sensor that determines when the paper is loaded in the correct position when he takes the paper and feeds them.  The sensor that detects the paper will be confused by certain colors or black and lead the printer to believe that the document has not been loaded.

To work around this problem, you could cut strips of 1/4 "wide and 1" long between the top edge of a Post-It note.  This stick top-left edge of the paper on the side that will be printed, then charge this upside down in the printer (post-its will be on the side and now in the upper right of the document).  After printing, the band could be removed and reused.

This may be not a good solution if you have hundreds or thousands of pages to print, but can be OK for a few dozens.

    I discovered a range of 'missing' in a certain folder jpg photos.  (I made sure that I had selected "Show hidden files" where they got the tag as hidden inadvertently).

    I checked my trash to confirm that they had not been removed.  I don't see them in there.

    I then went to my backup (carbonite) software to restore the missing files.  However, when I did, he asked me if I wanted to replace the file "disappeared" with the restored file.  In other words, he was saying that the file is still there - even if I can't see it / find.

    I'm running Vista Ultimate, as is my wife. When I try to connect to some Web sites like the login screen 'to listen online now' at xmradio.com, I get "address incorrect e-mail and/or password" on my computer but it works fine on my wife. I have built and configured two computers in the same way and both are up to date with the latest patches. I also tried several browsers, and they all have exactly the same way, they DO NOT work on my computer but they are working on hers.  Help...

    O check if your wife can log on XMradio site with its Email and password on your computer.

  • I'm the only user on my PC. I can not yet implement some programs because he is asked an administrators password. How can I solve that?

    Have you tried "right click" on the file and selecting "run as Administrator"? If not, give it a whirl and see what happens. It * may be looking for the password that you connect to the computer with.

  • Firefox 34.0.5 cannot print correctly. I checked all the pages on firefox problems and still can not solve the problem.

    Same problem here. There was no picture printing problem until the upgrade. Now, they won't print and it's ruin how I run my entire business. Image logo printing on the packaging of the lists, codes bars printing of shipping labels. I deleted the cache and restarted. I also tried other browsers and is it not the problem.

  • Yahoo mail and other small sites print and can not adjust. This is not true with the Explorer

    When I open my yahoo home page printing is of normal size and can be adjusted. In yahoo mail, printing is tiny and I can't fix. Some websites in my favorites also opens in the small print and cannot be adjusted. If I use explore I have none of these problems. I have tried everything I can think and not luck.

    Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems: view > Zoom > reset (Ctrl + 0 (zero); Cmd + 0 on Mac)

    You can use an extension to set a page zoom and the size of the default font on the web pages.

  • I can not print from Firefox, but can all the other browsers and applications (such as MS Word, notepad, etc.). I get a misprint on the print monitor as if it was a problem of queue.

    This is a recent development, but I can not print anything in Firefox. Printing open normally, it's going to the right printer that works... I can print other browsers and applications.     I had this problem and read online somewhere to stop the printer then restart... worked for me, hope it does for you.

    I installed my new HP1510 printer on computer with Windows 7, but I can not set as default in Control Panel printer, get error message 0 x 00000709. This means I can't print a PDF file as my previous printer, which I uninstalled it, is always shown as default in Adobe Reader. I can print emails ok.     Welcome to the HP Forums!

    I understand that you cannot set the default printer and are experience PDF problems. Please, try the following steps to answer all your questions:

    Click Start, type Regedit in the search bar. Right-click on it and choose "Run as Administrator". Now, find the following key:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows

    You will need to give this key all permissions. To do this:

    (a) right click on the key that you need to change and/or delete. Click on "permissions...". »

    (b) click on 'Add' in the window that appears.

    (c) there will be an empty box under "enter the names of the objects to select. Type "Administrator" (without the quotes), then click on "check names".

    (d) an administrator name appears, click 'Ok' when it does.

    (e) you should be able to select the profile (click) the administrator under "group or user names. Once you click on it, click on "Advanced".

    (f) click the 'owner '.

    (g) click on the Administrator profile, then put the checkmark in "replace the owner of subcontainers and objects".

    (h) return to the "Permissions" tab, then make sure the Administrator profile is selected.

    (i) in the "Permissions" tab, put a check in each box available. Boxes will probably accompany "Include the permissions that can be inherited from the parent to this object" and "replace all permissions of child object with permissions inheritable of this object.

    (j) then click on 'change '. Put a mark chark in "Full control" under allow. Click Ok. Now click on apply (you may receive a message of Security window, simply click 'Yes'), and then click Ok.

    (k) out of the registry, and then restart the computer.

    The last step is to restart the print spooler. To do this, type services.msc in the search bar. Right-click on it and choose "Run as Administrator". Find print spooler and stop it, then start it.

    Now try to set the default printer like PDF files and printing. Let me know what happens. Thank you!

    Just bought the HP Photosmart C309G for my mom's birthday. I just put it in place with the exception of the eprint. I sat here for almost 3 hours and CAN NOT find the e-mail address of printers. I went to eprintcenter.com and follow the instructions to go under settings on the front panel, then the parameters without wire/Web. Well, for starters, it is not a 'settings' on the front panel, it says "setup" and number WHERE I can find something that indicates the parameters without wire/Web. I also followed this.

    • The printer code/email may be claimed or added to your HPePrintCenter account 24 hours after it is printed on the printer. If this time has expired, you must re - print the fact sheet from your printer Panel to reset the period claimed. Do this using the menu on your front panel of the printer (under Web Services settings / wireless). »

    Nothing helps! Someone please tell me how to set this cigarette in terms that can understand a blonde! Please write me at [email protected]
