  Note that the same include can be included in multiple components (patches), and you need to change the one with the highest loadOrder or (recommended), create your own custom with a container resource component understanding and having raised enough loadOrder (that you will have to do anyway).

  Try doing a search for <@dynamichtml std_option_list_entry@=""> in standard and custom components. Brutal force might be to change each of them (I put a static text in front of the)<>

  Note that sometimes for the need to restart the server to enable changes (here, it shouldn't be necessary, but it will do no harm).

  I run windows XP sp3, when I try to connect to the XE 10 g IE says 'Internet explorer cannot display the webpage' - no work Firefox. The sql command line works. Browsers are trying to connect to the address: http://127.0.0.1:8080 / apex. Also I have a graphical user interface written in java witch writes and reads from the database, it has worked fine for months now, I get the exception: the network adapter could not establish the connection.
  
  I think that the problem started after installing the ESET NOD32 anti virus, but I'm not sure.

  Rename the listener.ora, one indicated above in starting tnslsnr... out, say, to listener.ora.old.

  I signed up with Skype with an account long ago EarthLink is now closed; I use a "gmail" account now (only).  I apparently have a wrong password, so I can't access my Skype account.   I can't use the password recovery option, because the system sends the message to the former and firm earthlink account.  I can't access my Skype profile to change/update my e-mail address, nor can I contact Skype (apparently) via email, chat, phone, nothing, or in any way to update my account with my new email address.  Once changed, then link my Skype account and Microsoft, as well as to get Skype downloaded onto my new computer.   Any ideas out there?

  I don't think you can do a factory reset with the remote control.  You can do this with physical access to the device that...

  (1) disable SX20

  (2) press and hold the power button / stop for about 10 seconds (until what he begins to blink)

  Can not install the latest version of iTunes.  Everytime I try I get this error msg: "the component you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable."

  Then I click OK and get this msg: could not find the path C:\users\my name\appdata\local\apple\apple software update\itunes6464.msi.

  I need to sync my new iPad pro and because used to synchronize requires the latest update, I have my laptop but I never have syncd my ipad with this computer and if I try to backup if I agree to erase everything on my device and sync with the laptop.  Of course, I don't want to do what I want to see everything on the NEW ipad from the old version.
