Can not see Digital River reports

Hi all

I wrote an app yesterday, and according to reports of the App World, I had 9 downloads and a purchase. However, when I connect to my console to Digital River, I don't see the application at all. There is no report at all. Is there something special I need to do to set up? Or is there a time limit for reports to appear? Yes, there is a period of time. Reports are genereated by the end of the month. You can check this in the e - pen reports.

Directly from Digital river:

INFORMATION REPORTS *.

The report that you have access to is called the report ePen. EPen report is used by the staff of accounting and finance to reconcile payments from Digital River and transactions for the payment period. Generally, this report is not used for marketing or promotional purposes. The report of ePen is guaranteed to be available in the console command prior to the 20th (often available prior to the 10th day) day of each month.

To view a report of ePen:

1. connect to the console command to https://gc.digitalriver.com/gc/ent/login.do with the supplied account credentials
2. find the menu item "Reporting" in the top navigation.
3 hover over "Reporting" to see the fall below appear. Select 'ePen Reports.
4. click on the name of the report to display in the list of available files.
5. a window appears and prompts to open or save the file Zip® of the report.
6. choose a location on your computer to save the report.

Each individual report in ePen report can be viewed with Microsoft® Excel, but you also need WinZip® to extract the individual reports of the compressed file in which they are delivered. You can download WinZip from www.winzip.com.

    I suggest you to remove Seagate Crystal Reports from your computer by using the windows cleanup utility. Then download this software again and try to install in clean boot mode.

    From your computer by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine if a background program is interfering with your game or program. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot".

    Steps to clean boot mode:

    1. click on start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

    If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.

    2. in the general tab, click Selective startup.
    3. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.
    4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable all.
    5. click on OK.
    6. When you are prompted, click on restart.

    Now, try to install the program and check.

    Firefox should check updates when you open this dialog box.

    Or, stick to 29 of Firefox, you can see the view menu. If you do not ordinarily classic menu in the top bar display, you can press the Alt key or press the F10 key to temporarily show. Try:

    View > sidebar

    and check the desired box it.

    The download Panel has been moved to the upper right corner with a circle arrow down. You can also visit on: downloads of your browser to visit all your downloads.

    Update: I received Skype confirmatiom. It is correct. Caller ID cannot be used in the Japan.

  • Import photos no problem can not see the photos on iPhone

    I upgraded my MacBook Pro to El Capitan.  Since moving from iPhoto to Photos (even before I updated the operating system) when I plug my iPhone 5 to import pictures in the selected library I do not see the photos appear in the import window so that I can select for imports.  I literally had to email it to myself, and then import it into the e-mail.  I work with different libraries within pictures, so I excluded it only love the library system.  Same result, can not see the photos.  Also, I have unplugged and replugged in and tried the other USB port to rule out hardware, while the Photos could force them to see the device as new, and that does not work either.  I tried something another user who had to open Image Capture to see if she could see all the pictures on my phone and it doesn't work, I found (theory was that opening would make Photos recognize as well).  However the Image Capture wouldn't add a USB scanner so I think it's not worthy of trust.  Photos only setting I have enabled is the automatic update to iCloud.  Otherwise, I don't know what another parameter to seek that could block it.

    When the phone is connected USB the phone reboot - many have found this will clear this problem
