  I posted a previous message, and thanks to you I have resolve my problem. I have a new laptop and I can't see the videos. Not in IE or Firefox. He said that I need a plug-ins (adobe flash) but I downloaded and installed, the adobe flas appear in the installed program, but always ask the plug in?  Does only I ti install any else before?

• Looking for new information in the discussion "can not load the video file.

• Can't stop the video from AutoPlay

  I had this problem for a few versions of Captivate now - still can't figure out in Captivate 9. I put a MP4 video on a slide. I started playing through three slides. Which works very well. But I can't get it to STOP AUTO play when the slide is displayed. I tried to make a break in the world, I could find a break action. I don't want to bring down the timeline - I want it to display when the slide is displayed, but not to play - because I would have a text to explain the video until it just starts to play. I have a button that will start to play. I could use a still of a frame and have it play on the next slide, but that seems just silly to have to go through all that.

  What Miss me? It is difficult to do this stop playing. UGH.

  You're referring to multiple slides synchronized video?

  This type of video is locked to the timeline. So unless you have something to pause the timeline before the beginning of the video (for example a click box or a button) then the video will play as soon as the object enters the timeline.

  If you want to have the option of video plays DO NOT until the user clicks something, your original question indicates you know from the video in a different slide work.  Or your other alternative is to use the video of the event.

• Can not get the video appears when the export > media

  Don't know what kind of error noobie I do, but when I try to export a video clip in Premiere Pro CS4 (via file > export > media > then select flv or h264), I get all the outputs video.  The audio falls on the fine, but the screen is blank in all the players I've tried (Flash, Quicktime, Adobe Media Player).  I had both the audio and video layers selected when you click file > export > Media, and there was an eyeball in the video layer for visibility.

  Don't know if this is the problem, but the 2nd screen in my first program (not the window of the Source but the?) Sequence window that I guess) is black to the rest.  If I click on play, I can see the video and hear the sound, but as soon as I stop the game, this window goes back to black (as opposed to the display of the current image on the film is).

  I tried changing all the settings I could think, but none of this has resolved things.  So, any help would be appreciated.

  Some users have had problems with the ADL goes between PrPro and AE, plusent also. Why? I'm not sure. It could be assets, or Comps, or something else.   Let's run Windows Update and make sure that you have all the latest patches and service packs loaded.  In Internet Explorer click Tools then Windows Update and follow the instructions.

  You can also give a quick call Dell and see if this is a common problem with their OEM version.

  If you use Windows Media Player to play the file, then try these steps and check the result.
  Step 1: Check Windows Media Player video playback settings
  a. Click Start, type of media player, and then click Windows Media Player.
  b. click the ALT on the keyboard to display Tools menu, click Options.
  c. click on the performance tab.
  d. under reading video and DVD, check if "Enable DirectX Video Acceleration for WMV files" is selected. If this is not the case, then select it.
  e. click ok to apply the changes.
  f. close media player and check the result.
   
  Step 2: Check the updates of Windows to see if there is an update available for your video card

  b. follow the instructions to install the update of the driver.

• DSC hx9v can not see the video in my note samsung tablet, why and what to do?

  I have a short on my DSC-HX9V I can see easily enough through reading.  However, I can't seem to find a way to get thevideo on my computer and in a form which can be accessed:

  Finally, I thought I had this thing figured out.

  I downloaded my movie on my computer, hooked up to the storm and copied to the card carrier. Then I have medication and dropped the video in the videos folder.

  When I disconeected and went to watch isn't showing the title of the video on my Storm. I'm so aggrivated with this thing, I am seriously considering taking it back. I know that the video file is cause when I look under the heading memory I can see where the file took several evidence GB of space.

  There are two additional things, you can try (these usually resolve most of these problems).  First, pull the rear support card, wait a minute and reinstall.  It might just not have read since the time of the first media card and loading, be aware that if you have downloaded the movie in full (i.e. several GB worth), it will take some time for the phone to load it (probably on the order of about 5 minutes).

  If this does not work, the next thing to try is a battery pull - while the phone is turned on, remove the battery, wait 15 to 30 seconds, and then reinstall it.  The phone will take a few minutes to start up.

  These things will be hopefully get you operational return!

  I took a few videos of my Sony cybershot camera DSC HX7V. I can see the video when I play through the camera. But when I connect the camera to the PC I can show only images. No video file is visible on the screen, so I'm unable to copy on my PC. I tried to plug the card directly to the PC to access the videos, but I have not seen. I also tried to connect the camera via USB to access the video and even once, I failed. Please help as I want to save them on my HARD drive for the future.

  I'm always quite known Premier Pro and all it's things. I've been playing with it works for a few years and it worked perfectly all the while. But NOW, of all times, I can't encourage them to do what I want.

  I'm trying to get my video to fit the black link area where you watch the video (sorry, I don't know the name...). When I first import it and drag it to my desktop it really swells up and when I try to resize I get black lines around the video.

  I did it happen by chance... once. And because it was an accident, I have NO idea how to do to reproduce. If anyone can help out me that would be great! ~

  What John said:-However, be sure to make a new sequence of a VIDEO clip that is used in production and not a chart/still image that can radically different sizes and proportions! If your image is not of the program window, click with the right button and choose 'Scale to the chassis' and he will adapt.
