can someone Help me... I just bought my Lightroom 6.0 for Mac et l’ai installed. Unfortunately, development module is not Active ... he asks me each time to connect to with my Adobe ID ... but every time he told me that I no internet connection. While it is true, my internet working properly. I uninstalled lightroom, updated and reinstalled my OS but still the same problem ... what to do?

Also check that you are using your Adobe ID to you connect.
Try to rename the Gosts file to solve the internet No connection problem.
Check errors Sign in, activation or connection. CS5.5 and later, Acrobat DC

Can someone cancel my subscription? I followed all the instructions and chatted with customer support. My subscription is renewed automatically on 27 May. The customer support has tried twice to make me renew by giving one, then two months free but I can't renew. They told me to come back to the 27 customer support - but it's the day it renews automatically? Can someone at Adobe support PLEASE just cancel my subscription!Thank you!!!

You can not buy CS5. Adobe sells only current products, i.e. CS6 or creative cloud. Creative cloud is a subscription model, which means that you rent the software as long as you want to use.
