  I recently rec'd a new computer with the new windows program (8). Printer works sometimes, but not all the time. The setting was listed as offline. I can't understand how to get online. I have sharing enabled. I entered the paraphrase wireless often - sometimes it prints a doc and no mmore. Other times it does not print anything. Can anyone help.

  upgrade windows xp to windows 7 with the new HP Omni 220PC. Have a printer HP C309g-m. To scan from the printer to the computer xp, I had to use the HP Solution Center. The printer works very well with the new windows 7 program and new computer. I install wireless. No problems with it. Today when I went to scan a document with the HP Solution Center (I thought I had to use as before), this message came.

  "HP Solution Center cannot work because your device installation is not complete. Please connect the usb cable, or rerun the installation for a network installation cd. If it does not complete the installation, or you do not have the cd, access the HP help files by clicking on the start menu. "Everything I did. My installation CD said I had a version of the latest update on the installation CD, it was of no use. I went to the HP site and find a download for the drivers updated etc. I downloaded and installed. (although I don't know whether or not it was a duplicate of the drivers of devices on windows 7 for this.) I checked Add/Remove programs to make sure that the printer and the hp solultion Center have been added to the programs. they are listed. I can always scan with

  the hp Solution Center. Should I not this program to scan with this new pc? How can I scan from my printer now? I even tried to click scan on the printer, then scan to computer. the message I got was 'Try from scan of compurer. Refer to the documentation for more details ".  To be sure, I'm all mixed up now.   all fixed. has crossed my computer to start then click HP click HP and open list. Went to my printer-clicked on my printer and clicked on the icon list to see if it worked correctly. This is a problem with the drivers and a box popped up with directions on where and how to download and install the devices for windows 7.
  Done this and tested it and everything works fine now. (Ihad already tried the HP site for support and downloaded and installed the fix suggested for the problem, but it did not work). in any case, its fixed and I hope that if someone has a problem, this information will help you.

  The update for the desktop app from creative cloud yesterday was made to support Windows 10 better.  I had no problems with her hard on windows 10 previews.  I have a lot of creative cloud Application installed on Windows 10 although I only use Photoshop.  However, I only install Photoshop CC 2014 and 2015 CC and I do not install Lightroom.  There are many questions in Photoshop CC 2015, no issues that I know seem 10 associated Windows.   Creative Cloud Desktop Application update some CC 2015 application such as illustrator, Prime Minister, others but not Photoshop. • Everytime I open a new firefox window, a new tab opens with the new window. How do I stop this?

  I am trying to access iTunes store from my iPhone 5 running latest iOS 9.3.2. When I open the video application, I see the message "no content. You can download videos from the iTunes Store. However, I don't see any button or anything I can use to navigate. No search option and nothing.

  I tried to go to the app Store in iTunes on the app store. I see a link "Visit iTunes store", but tapping on it takes me nowhere. Looks like I'm stuck somewhere.

  What is the problem? Any suggestions?

• iPhone personal hotspot works only with the new Windows 7 PCs

  Old laptop with Windows 7 would always connect iPhone personal hotspot using the USB cable. Tried to do the same with the new laptop and nothing. Tried it on a different laptop using the USB cable with the same phone and connected.

  • Reset the network on iPhone [according to the suggestion of Apple forum]
  • Tried troubleshooting via Windows
  • IPhone enabled drivers in printers and Windows devices and driver date is 06/21/2006. I have tried driver update and Windows says that the best driver is installed

  • Public is the profile that I put
  • iTunes was not installed

  How can I fix? Should I delete the current iPhone driver?

• Can't access iTunes purchases with an old .mac account

  I used to have a .mac account in the old days and I bought a number of songs on iTunes using this account. When they turned off the .mac addresses I've migrated to the new system (which I am using to write this post). I just tried to play one of these old tunes, and he said that I was not allowed to play.   Basically what is happening, it is that when I try to connect to the Itunes store, Itunes stops working, I get a Windows message stating the program has stopped working and the program closes.

  ITunes worked fine in Windows 7, all the problems have occurred since the upgrade to Windows 10.

  Now, after removing and installing Itunes 5 times, I am now unable to log into my account and now permission issues when I sync my Ipod 160 gb.

  My library is intact and I can import a cd into my library but I can't sync it with my ipod to get music. Album artwork do not work either.

  Many users have reported problems when upgrading to Windows 10.  (The upgrade process may not necessarily upgraded all drivers correctly.)  One suggestion is to eliminate not only iTunes, but ALL the components, restart, remove the target installation files and reinstall.  See excellent ITunes for Windows turingtest2 Troubleshooting Guide at:
