Can't access XP accessories

When I just put the cursor (no click) on the accessories tab I get a popup that ' Windows Explorer encounted a problem... and needs to close. " Then I click on send the report to Microsoft and another pop bed until "Dr, Watson debugger has encountered a problem and must close". PC will not click on send the report to MS - the entire screen freezes and I have to throw a reboot. In addition, cannot preform system restore (accessed via the search function). Someone had this problem? How is it fixed? Thank you

Where are you when you will see a tab "Accessories"?

Do you mean "Accessories" as in:
Start-> programs-> Accessories?

If so, my guess is that you have a corruption on your hard drive.  You should be able to navigate this place even by going to:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Menu Menu\Programs\Accessories
and/or
C:\Documents and Settings\\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories
where is replaced by your username.

In any case, it would quite certainly do a complete control of the disk (Chkdsk with the option/r or f).  This should fix the areas of alteration of the disc.

Note that on a System Volume, the disk real audit will be done at the next reboot, stand-alone course, cannot be interrupted and can take hours to complete - so make sure you make when you won't need your machine for a while.  Update your backups before performing this audit would be prudent precaution.

    Firefox does not connect to the Microsoft update site. You must use internet explore for it.

    Please provide us with the error you are getting while trying to connect using internet explore. We would require the error code or error message for further investigation on the issue.

    In the meantime, you can try running internet explore in no add-on mode and try to access windows update.

    • Click theStart button, click principally made programs, on Accessories, click System Tools, and then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

    If disabling all add-ons solves the problem, you can use the add-on Manager to disable all add-ons and then turn on modules only as needed. This will allow you to figure out which add-on is causing the problem.

    In Internet Explorer 8, you can disable toolbars by clicking theX on the side of the toolbar. If there are additional modules associated with the toolbar, a dialog box will be displayed where you can keep or disable the Add-ons.

    I'm unable to access any program at all, or even install new programs whenever I try to click on the internet icon or put in a DVD I can't to and a window pops up which is above it.     program removes all or that there is no other malware.

    All your Time Capsule's settings appear to be correct. Drive hard internal of the TC, by default, is named 'Data' as you can see in one of your screenshots.

    This should appear in the Finder under the category shared under the name of base station of your TC. Clicking on it should reveal the data 'folder '.

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Mozilla Firefox? This will usually fix most of the problems. If the problem persists after that we determine at least it's settings or compatibility issue.
