  Shannong67894496 I'm sorry that you are facing a license error when you try to activate.  Error 159:18 is not common.  What process did go through install Creative Suite 3 on this computer?  Did you do a clean install or copy/migrate the application and license files, from one computer to another?  What version of Mac OS you are currently trying to open on Creative Suite 3?

  I have a retail copy of CS3 master collection, bought some 4 or 5 years ago. It is installed and enabled on my main PC and has also been installed and used on a laptop, now deceased.

  I have build a new laptop now and have installed the more bits that I need - but I can't activate them. When I try internet activation, I tells me that the software has reached its limit of activation. There is no option in the copy installed on my desktop to disable, and the previous laptop is dead.

  I just spent 45 minutes completely useless on a cat 'help' and went along in a loop of 'your serial number is invalid', ' talking to the dealer you bought ', 'your serial number is not valid.

  I apparently have two accounts adobe (business and personal) and can connect to both of them, but the CS3 software does not appear in both, and I can not add. The only thing that appears is the old copy of my other half uses items. Yet the installation of CS3 tells me that the serial number is fine, just has reached its limit of activation.

  Can anyone give me any useful suggestions while I'm looking for another software?

  Contact support by chat and ask them to reset your activations, providing the serial number that indicates the limit has been reached.  Do not ask for more, or they are likely to turn away, because they do not support older products.
