  To clarify the issue and the scenario, one of my friend described a typical scenario in which there are 2 AEs. AE1 has an ISP in its port WAN and AE2 has a different ISP in its WAN port. This 2 AE can mutually connected between them by using ports LAN AE1 and AE2 ethernet cable?   If I understand correctly, you have a problem logging on game Center.  I'd be happy to try to help you with this.

  The first thing that I would recommend would be to force quit the Game Center app: force a nearby app on your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch

  If the problem persists after restarting the application, then shut down and restart the iPhone would be the next step: reboot your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch

  If you are still not able to connect properly, you want to make sure that you have a current backup of everything on your iPhone. If you follow this link, you will find instructions on how to make a backup: How to back up your device using iCloud or iTunes.

  It is possible that something is damaged and that the origin of the problem.  Once the backup is complete, I would say to reset all settings.

  Reset preference files resets all parameters that may be problems. This step will not delete your contacts, photos or personal information. It deletes all your preferences for Wi - Fi, Bluetooth, do not disturb, Notifications, general, sounds, brightness & wallpaper and privacy.
