  While Smartview can be installed on the FDM server, it should be disabled for the service account that runs under the FDM.

  The account that runs the FDM can be found by opening the Manager of load balancing. The user name is the service account.

  To disable smartview, connect to the server with this ID and click on Hyperion > on. Uncheck the Enable Add-in check box. Click Ok. Click File > Exit.

  I want to output a BEEP report in excel 2007. If I would develop the RTF model in excel 2007 then the output would be also in excel 2007 or it depends on which version of microsoft office is implemented on the server where the BEEP is installed?

• Can not find file that I saved excel 2007

  I'm in an online class and I use Excel 2007, I have installed in my Office 2007. Today, I finished one assignment-saved it and can not find the file, so that I can download on my instrutor. I searched in "Documents" and "Recent places" and he does not appear. The problem is that when I open Excel itself, it is as well as other "Docs". It is the first time that this has happened.   That said, I was wondering...
  Although I use any Excel. I use only PowerPoint 2007.
  Sometimes, I saved a presentation and I forgot what was the destination folder. I could always open a new window in PowerPoint, you click on the Office button > and on the side right would be my recent documents. I would, then click on the one I was looking for and he would return to the powerpoint for editing window.

• OBIEE 11.1.1.7 export to excel 2007 + does not work

  We are trying to export to Excel 2007 + in the last 11.1.1.7 OBIEE release. The browser just show an error: "there was an error in processing your download. Please check with your administrator". Export to PowerPoint 2007 + or the old Excel works without problem.

  We tried to change the configuration of the 'InputStreamLimitInKB' as recommended in other blogs, but it does not help either.

• No Option to export to Excel 2007

  Is there a setting to allow the discoverer of export to Excel 2007? We use the discoverer and 11g, and is the only option we have to Excel for .xls. My users need to be able to export to xlsx (2007).

• IQY display one header in MS Excel 2007

  Hi all

  I am facing a problem when opening a Mara (which is exported from the discoverer of Oracle 10 g) of MS EXCEL 2007. It shows only the header of column with zero records. Whereas that, when we took the same workbook on Oracle Discoverer 11g it works well. Can someone here tell me the reason why it is happening. (Export of 10 GB discoverer MARA works very well and informing as well data) All comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

• File export Excel questions

  This is my first time here posting. Please forgive me if I missed some rules.
  
  I'm currently running SQL Developer 3.1.07. When I export the results of a query to Microsoft Excel (right-click in the result set in SQL Developer, select export, when the Export Wizard opens and I select XLSX) number format data has police in 'Dialogue', while data formatted as text has the police "Calibri". I wonder if there is a way to change this so that all export they are in the same font.
  
  I also wonder if there is a way to have the developer SQL export the comments that I have in my query with the data when I specify to create a tab in my workbook with the query in it. By default, it puts just a carriage return where I had comments. Not a huge problem, but when I go back and look at the old files, it would be nice also that comments I had written in the original query.

  If your comments appear in the query (not above or below) and are placed between / * / (not with the prefix with the option-), then they will be displayed in the worksheet of the query.

  About the formatting of fonts, Microsoft provides a mechanism to set the default value:

  The only problem is Developer SQL doesn't do a very good job to the default settings. For example:
  1. after the passage in Arial, a new workbook opened initially with Excel 2007 displays numbers and letters in Arial.
  2. after the passage in Arial, an export SQL Developer to .xls (then open in Excel) renders the number in the dialog box and letters in Arial.
  3. after the passage in Arial, an export SQL Developer for .xlsx (then open in Excel) renders the number in the dialog box and letters in Calibri.

  This seems to be a good candidate for a feature on SQL Developer Exchange request.

• Satellite L30-134: view corruption in Excel 2007 after upgrade to Vista

  I recently upgraded my WIndows XP home to Windows Vista professional L30-134 and I have display corruption problems in Microsoft Excel 2007 and Remote admin. It doesn't touch the bottom of the screen and disappears when I refresh the diaply or move the window.

  I checked in device manager and microsoft drivers have been installed - I tried to download and install the driver VIsta for the ATI xpress 200 m from toshiba, but they would not - install they gave a device error.

  I ran a tool called driveheaven mobility.net that allows the ATI drivers be installed, downloaded the latest driver from ATI and I still have the problem.

  The problem seems to go away if I run at resolution 1024 x 768, but this makes the blurred text.

  Everything worked fine on WIndows XP - thanks Microsoft!

  Please can anyone suggest what I can do to fix this - its driving me crazy!

  I believe that the problem makes you mad, but in this case, you must contact microsoft or at least check the microsoft forums, since this problem is not really associated with toshiba.

  I use 15 DIAdem and trying to export values in the data portal to a XLS (Excel) file.

  I tried to look for similar tasks a previously in this forum and found a few directions.

  (1) ExcelExport function - appears to be eliminated in the recent version of DIAdem,

  (2) extension IPM: gfsexcel (?). DLL - also absent in my files DIAdem

  (3) export TDM/CSV using instead...

  ((3) seems to be possible, from now, but it would be great if I can use Excel export directly (as 3) needs a few extra clicks..)

  In detail, I want to export values in my data portal (not much data; 1 rank & max. 20 columns) for the excel file, and it would be better if exported excel file opens automatically (I assume that this was possible with the function ExcelExport before).

  If there is no idea, please let me know.

• TDMS Excel Add-in does not limit new line Excel 2007 support

  First stop, I want to say that format TDM/PTM is really useful. It allows you to perform all sorts of things that would be a real pain if you've tried to do with spreadsheets, delimited by tabs. You can format data in spreadsheets excel for analysis with separate tabs and the names of channel on the columns and the whole nine yards. You can even throw error messages in the properties that appear on the first tab.

  The problem occurs when the user works with very large files. Excel 2003 and earlier versions of Excel have limits of 65 536 rows by 256 columns. Until the latest version of the Excel Add-in, CT if you tried to import files in addition to this he would lift an error and does not create any file at all.   My client would like to file long record time at 200 Hz throughout the day. Lines of data per file is 720 000. Yes, that's a lot, but excel takes care of everything. The importer TDMS impossible.
