  Open Acrobat

  Go in Edition > Preferences > language

  In the pane on the right language

  Click on the drop down to the language of the application

  Select the option choose to start the Application

  Click Ok and close the Acrobat

  Launch Acrobat and it will give you a prompt first select a language.

  Choose English and Ok

  I started by default and found most all of the code that I need to customize the startup file.

  My problem was solved by adding just this chiseled:

  CSS, Dreamweaver designer made more modifications fairly easy. I think that the code for the colors in the menu dropdown were a little too hard to find.

  Have you tried to use 'Ctrl' + '-' to decrease the font size. ('Ctrl' + '+' to increase the size). OR in your menu bar; "View + Zoom" and make your choice. The text is compressed, so that unlike IE, one usually doesn't have to scroll side-to-side, but also up and down. Note that you can also select 'Zoom text only' in this menu, which retains the images and icons size original, just by changing the fonts to your liking.

  If the text already exists in the image, then you cannot delete/edit it in paint. Yes, it is possible but requires a little extra work, you can use third-party application to make changes in the jpeg file. I suggest you research on the use of your favorite search engine.
