    You can try calling Apple Service customer. People have reported that they were able to cancel iTunes game and get a pro-rated refund.

    I had type msdt.exe - id WindowsMediaPlayerConfigurationDiagnostic in Start menu and enter it.
    Then I click Next. Then I sew 2 choices:
    1. apply this hotfix
    2 jump this fix
    I got number 1.
    But when I click Next it showed:
    Problem found
    Configuration setting may be malfunctioning.

    It is a stream (audio/mpeg) played with the plugin Windows Media Player (np-mswmp).

    Try disabling the plugin WMP classic (Npdsplay dll) you also always turned on.

    You can check whether the Proxy is enabled or not. If so, try disabling the same and check if it helps:

    If you use Internet Explorer, then try these steps and see if it helps.

    a. open Internet Explorer, click on tools and select Internet options.

    b. click on the Connections tab, then click LAN settings.

    c. uncheck use a proxy server for your LAN check box.

    d. click Ok

I have Windows 7 64-bit and 64-bit Windows Media Player, which works very well at any one task at a time. For example, I have few video clips on my local PC, came a LAN webcam as an attachment in mp4 format. Normally, I can simply click on one of them in the e-mail (for example, Outlook), or after you save it as a file in a folder, and then the Media Player opens and he plays in a small video player window, because I associated with this type of file with Media Player.
