Can't log into Windows 8 through my Microsoft account

Friends,

I had Windows 8.1 (which worked great for a long time) but for some reason, I had to format my drive C. I had to install my Windows 8 original on it. I created a local account first, but then as I tried to go to my Microsoft account, I get a message to the end - "sorry we can not connect to the Microsoft services at the moment. If the problem persists, look for 'referee' on the start screen. I tried several times and each time, it shows this message. I tried refreshing my laptop suspecting a faulty installation. I still get the same problem. I can not yet move to 8.1. Please help me with this problem. Thank you!

I have a Dell Inspiron N4010. 64 bit. 3 GB of RAM. processor i3

It is best to install all the necessary updates first (since it is the new facility) and then try to move on Microsoft Account.

Are you able to login with the same account user browser? (e.g. Outlook.com)

Check your date and time system and make sure they are accurate.

    > User name and password have been set when the laptop was first pulled up and it was closed and restarted several times in a satisfactory manner
    It's strange.
As far as I know that Windows Vista was preinstalled on a new laptop but the user account and a password shouldn't be standing!

Have you tried Notepad recovery using the HDD recovery procedure?
    Check it;
Turn on the laptop and immediately press the F8 key.
A start menu should appear, then you should choose the first option called fix my computer.
Finally a new window should open, and you should choose Toshiba recovery.

    anesvet,
I'm going to sound like I'm repeating myself tonight... (see previous 4 posts...)  but try this:

When you start start pressing F8 until you get the Windows startup options.  Then try "Last known good configuration" see if that helps.  If this does not work, try to F * then try to go to Safe Mode.  If those who do not help, I would start with your XP CD to recovery mode and run "chkdsk/r" then "sfc/scannow".  QQ learn manage!

    Hello jabeena, welcome.

This section would apply in fact to the Windows Live programs, but we'll see what we can do to help out you.

I recommend to try this first:

    1. disable any antivirus software or security, you have running on your computer. Looking for software to disable that contains a firewall.

    2. click on START
    3. Type "cmd" (without the quotes). Right-click on the result at the top of the menu START and select 'run as administrator '.
4 type the following and press enter

    Regsvr32 softpub.dll wintrust.dll initpki.dll

    5. then type the following command and press enter

    netsh winsock reset

    6. restart your computer and see what happens.

    Hello

You don't tell us the account provider. Hotmail, Windows Live Mail, Yahoo or so on--just the provider
After the @ sign and no e-mail address full which responds automatically to blocks.

You must contact the mail provider, because we cannot help regardless of the provider.

Here is some info that might help:

Important information: When you use system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, the programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

Note: When updating, the applications you have installed Web sites and DVDS is deleted. The applications provided with your PC and applications that you have installed in the Windows store will be resettled. Windows puts a list of apps removed on your desktop after you refresh your PC.

  • When I log into Windows, the login screen does not appear, how can I fix?

I am running Windows XP Professional.  When I start my computer, it works fine.  I can log on and have no problem.  Unfortunately, when I log into my profile, Windows logon screen does not appear.  I use the log on screen where you have to manually type your user name and password.  The HP wallpaper happens, but the log in box does not work.  Better yet, it is not always the case.  I logged on and outside several times without any problems to come back later and find the log in box missing.  The only way I can solve the problem is to manually shut down the computer using the power button then restarting him.  I have no idea why this is happening or how I can fix this problem.  Any ideas?

To do: Important this section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. I get this error whenever I connect to Windows 7.

    C:\Users\Home\AppData\Roaming\wgrer.dll
    C:\Users\Home\AppData\Roaming\wgrer.dll is not a valid Win32

I don't think I installed anything out of the ordinary, and everything that I use works fine. Other than this discomfort every time that I log everything seems normal.
I can't find this particular file through Windows Explorer but it is there if I search in CMD.
He's trying to load it says it might be important, so I'm reluctant to delete.
    Any suggestions?

Wgrer.dll is not a part of Windows.  You can use MSCONFIG to see what will be started when you start.  Hold down the Windows key and press R.  Then type MSCONFIG and press ENTER.  Click the Startup tab and you will see a list of startup tasks.  If you can find it here, you can disable it.  Just pay attention do not turn off your antivirus.

    Good luck.

Use your Windows repair CD to start the computer in Repair Mode, and then use the system restore to set Windows to the Restore Point as soon as you can find. The chances are that this will be a point before they changed the password.
