Whenever I try to log into Windows 7, do error not "a win32 application.

http://sdrv.Ms/UOUlf5

I get this error whenever I connect to Windows 7.
RunDLL
There was a problem starting
C:\Users\Home\AppData\Roaming\wgrer.dll
C:\Users\Home\AppData\Roaming\wgrer.dll is not a valid Win32
request.
I don't think I installed anything out of the ordinary, and everything that I use works fine. Other than this discomfort every time that I log everything seems normal.
I can't find this particular file through Windows Explorer but it is there if I search in CMD.
He's trying to load it says it might be important, so I'm reluctant to delete.
Any suggestions?

Wgrer.dll is not a part of Windows.  You can use MSCONFIG to see what will be started when you start.  Hold down the Windows key and press R.  Then type MSCONFIG and press ENTER.  Click the Startup tab and you will see a list of startup tasks.  If you can find it here, you can disable it.  Just pay attention do not turn off your antivirus.

Good luck.
