  You need to take it to an Apple Store with a dated receipt to prove that you are the original owner/purchaser. It's possible Apple may be able to release the lock. We can not help you with it.

  There is no upgrade path.

  If you buy CS6, be informed on what you get (not better).

  • CS6 is 4 years old.
  • CS6 is no longer supported,
  • CS6 will never be updated, ever.
  • It is 5 versions behind the current 2015 CC.
  • It lacks all the latest bells & whistles found in current versions.
  • But to continue to improve operating systems, subsequently CS6 will stop working in those newer.

  For the money you would spend on CS6, you'd be much better join the creative cloud.

After a reset, the white screen was gone, but when I tried to use Safari, I noticed that it had completely stopped working. If I touch the Safari icon, it opens and stops immediately. I can't access same Safari in 'Settings' (I touch the word Safari and settings completely closes.) Can someone help me? I have a lot of favorites that I don't want to lose and since Safari is the browser by default, all links automatically go so I can't open them.

  I understand that you are having problems with Safari crashing on you when you try to access, it forms the app and even from settings. We'll see what we can do to make it work again.

  The first thing I would try requires each app to close. Double rooms, press the Home button to display the recently used applications and drag on them. Once they are closed, try opening the application again to test.

  If this does not work, I would look to reset your iPhone settings. This will not delete the personal data, but it does not all settings to their initial default values. Once this is done, try opening the application again to see if it remains open.
