  I have a laptop model Lenovo 3000 N200 14W 0687.  It was teeming with virus so I wiped the hard drive and installed Windows XP Home Edition from scratch.  Now Device Manager can't see the wireless adapter and Wireless does not work.  I tried to download and install the Wireless driver on the Lenovo site (I don't have a disc of relocation); but I got errors.  Anyone know what could cause this and a fix?

  If you are interested, here are the details of what happened when I tried to download and install the drivers:

  Device Manager gives me the adapters three following network:
  Network adapter 1394
  Broadcom NetLink (TM) Fast Ethernet
  MAC bridge Miniport

  None of which resemble wireless cards. So I used the link http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/ot/en/DriversDownLoads/Drivers.htmlto try out. Enter my serial number L3X3516 took me to a support page client lenovo that says

  Total 13 drivers need to be repaired/upgraded, 9 drivers in need of repair, please click the "Download" button to begin to repair

  One of them was this:

  Intel (r) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection

  I downloaded it and it says: 'the contents of this file cannot be unpacked. the executable file that you are trying to run has been damaged. You can get another copy of the file, verify its integrity, and then try again"

  So I used google to find this site:

  who told me that my computer is a Lenovo 3000 n200 Type 0687.

  Using google once again, I found this page:

  which was another version of the driver. So I downloaded and unpacked it. I then took a glance at the .txt guide provided with the driver. It is said:

  1. Start Windows XP and log on with administrative privileges.
  

  2. Double-click the driver package to extract it to your hard drive.
  

     The default location is C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\WLLANINT
  

  3. Click Start, then click Run...
  

  4. Specify SETUP.EXE with the full path name where you extracted the
  

     package in step 2, and click OK.
  

     Example: C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\WLLANINT\SETUP.EXE
  

  5. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
  
  Unfortunately, there is no setup.exe file in the folder so this has failed.

  and on Device Manager, please, provide the device id. (eg PCI VEN_8086 & dev_2929 & subsys)

  or if you know which wireless adapter you have, download drivers from the download page, then re - install.

  I have an institutional Exchange calendar and then my private of Google.  I'm not under Google Sync, but the flame did a great job to keep things synchronized and nicely merged.

  However, I can't see other calendars that I see in my office?  I have the family google calendars shared to me, I can see them on the desk, and I can see them in different colors on the iPhone.  But for some reason any the torch I see only my own calendar entries.

  How can I make the other calendars appear on my lamp?

  If your sync your calendar with BIS, then you cannot synchronize your personal calendar.

  Streets and trips 2008, 2009 and 2010 are compatible with Windows 7. Earlier versions may not work, however you can try and use Compatibility Mode.

  If the program is not compatible, then you try to install and run the program in compatibility mode.

  Use the following steps:

  (1) right click on the program

  2) click Properties

  3) click on the Compatibility tab

  (4) select run this program in compatibility mode and select Windows Vista or other operating system, the program has been run successfully.

• LR 4 can't see cards

  I installed LR4 X 64 on a new laptop Windows 7 ultimate. I can not see the maps. I've updated to LR4.1 RC still do not see the maps. I checked the firewall logs and LR has added to the allowed programs. Still no luck. I have disabled the firewall (Windows). Still no luck. All the other internet access OK app. Other features in LR may access the internet OK, for example ftp on my site. I searched on google and it seems to be one problem for others, with the X 64 version. Adobe is aware of the problem and fixing it?

  I found a solution to the comment by http://forums.adobe.com/message/4195125#4195125%234195125 29. While this issue was for the Mac, the solution has also worked on my laptop Win7.

  I have sailed on c:\users\usernameplayer \appdata\roaming\macromedia\flash and renamed the folder #security to #securityOLD. When I started in Lightroom it create a new #security folder and now I can see the cards.

  Looks like an error during installation. Maybe Adobe will investigate.

  I found the cure to this problem. There is a problem with the plugin Flash v11 in conflict with Firefox 13 and more. The solution is to uninstall the Flash Player plugin v 11 in programs/uninstall from the control panel. Do not uninstall the program Flash itself - the plugin. Then install Flash plugin v 10.3 web site
