  I have an iPhone 4S connected to an iMac. When you perform an import (Ad media), all available photos are displayed as thumbnails, but the videos are not displayed.   What version of Premiere Elements do you use on your iMac? For now, I will assume first items 12/12.1.

  If you try to import via a USB port connects to your iMac, you explore

  for Photos, use Add media / 'Photos of cameras and devices' / "Adobe Premiere Elements - Photo Downloader"

  and

  for videos, use Add media / "Cameras or Flip Videos" / "Import Video".

  Or if bad comes to worse with the connection between the iPhoen Mac and Elements first, then download

  the computer files and import them into Premiere Elements with its add media/files and folders.

  But let's see what happens when you use the choice of photo for photos and video selection of videos.

• Fast previews when importing

  Friends,

  Is there a way to build small previews when importing that load very quickly, so I can pass by images and rate, while imports takes place?  I am trying to build previews smart and I move the image in the image, I'll usually get the "loading" label which can last a second or two.  I know that sounds short but it seems long when completed the steps and I have to slow down or missing a picture, as I have the breath beyond risk.

  column of switches is not parent column, although they appear to be close between them.   Is it possible that once first import from files camera raw, to see the image in the import mode, rather than "no preview available"?

  Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. You will have to perhaps restart Firefox for it to take effect, so save any work first (e.g. you compose mail, documents online that you are editing, etc.).

• Why my video game / its getting distorted and slowed down in the preview when imported?

  I am new to this program, but it seems powerful. However, I already got stuck before you begin to edit my video.

  Here all the information:

  I recorded a video of gameplay of Dead Space using Bandicam, a software similar to Fraps and used 48 kHz, 192 Kbps, 2 channels stereo settings for it.

  The video itself is in .avi format 1280 x 720, 59, 94fps (even if the framerate varies when I recorded the thing, between 40 to 70 Not really sure how this works but Windows tells me that his 59 fps.)

  

  The default setting of the sequence is:

  DVCPRO HD - 720 p - DVCPRO HD 720 p 60

  who uses 48 k as my video.

  I also tried notusing a sequence and just import the clip, but he gave the same results.

  

  When I play it back in VLC/Windows Media Player/MPC, it works fine, the audio and video flows as it did when I recorded it.
