  Thanks for providing the file. Since Android does not natively support the .mov, try the next method to use your file in the Clip. Download .mov on your creative cloud. You can then import your file into Clip via 'my files '. This worked for me on a few devices, but failed on others who will investigate on I.

  You should be able to. Depending on your country and if the films are still in the store, you can re-download them directly on the iPhone via the tab bought in its app Store in iTunes and on your Mac via the purchased item (click on your name / icon to the top right of iTunes then click purchased on the popup); or connect the iPad to your Mac iTunes and file > devices > transfer purchases to copy their course and you can synchronize then on the phone (assuming that it is the computer on which the phone is synchronized to)

  Day before yesterday, I could see and watch different episodes to see the TV and movies that I had previously purchased on the iTunes store - some downloaded some last week, a month or two ago. I'm literally in half way through some of these TV shows.

  Today suddenly iTunes (12.3.1.23) can not see/play these files. They always appear in iTunes 'as if' they are playable, but try to play one of them doesn't that opens a blank screen. Trying to manually open these files from the finder m4v doesn't show even iTunes as an 'Open with' option. They will not open with QuickTime, VLC, or any other application video game I have.

  Nothing has changed except that I installed an OSX update to the security of the system for Yosemite two days ago. I've not updated iTunes, I have not moved to El Capitan again, and as far as I know I am no changes to m4v files.

  Sometimes just logging on iTunes, reboot your Mac and when you log in to your iTunes account has solved some problems of reading.   I'm going to sound like I'm repeating myself tonight... (see previous 4 posts...)  but try this:

  When you start start pressing F8 until you get the Windows startup options.  Then try "Last known good configuration" see if that helps.  If this does not work, try to F * then try to go to Safe Mode.  If those who do not help, I would start with your XP CD to recovery mode and run "chkdsk/r" then "sfc/scannow".  QQ learn manage!
