  If you need assistance for updating BIOS (Basic Input Output System), I recommend you contact the manufacturer of your computer to update the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) & check if the problem persists.

  Note: Changing the BIOS / chipset can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/chipset can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.

  You cannot add these metadata in PDF format. You can use the robots.txt file.

  Have you tried to download it and install it manually?
  have you tried these steps below?
  1 rename the catroot2 folder.
  2. rename the folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution
  It should work in this kind of situation.
  1 steps on how to rename the folder c:\windows\system32\catroot 2:
  go to start > run > CMD
  type entry on every command line
  net stop cryptsvc
  Ren %systemroot%\System32\Catroot2 oldcatroot2
  net start cryptsvc
