Can't send or receive pictures on Skype

I've had this problem for a while now and I don't know how to fix it. I did everything I could think, I have the latest version (7.3), but whenever someone sends you a photo or even a file I just don't get. I don't know why but I really need to solve this problem.

The attached photo, this is what happens when someone tries to send a picture or when I even try to send a file.

If anyone has any suggestions as to how I could solve this problem it would be greatly appreciated!

+ If someone needs more information on things just ask what you need info. topic and I'll let know you!
