"Can't set Extender" Xbox + PC

When I try to connect my computer to my Xbox 360 using Windows Media Center, I am unable to. I get a message that says "cannot set up Extender" and a link to a very vague Microsoft help page.

I temporarily disabled the firewall on my PC. (Windows Firewall)

I use a router DLink DIR - 601 N - 150 wireless with UPnP and multicast enabled.

My PC is running Windows 7 (Rev. 7600)

The Xbox 360 software is updated (last update published on 19/01/2011)

I tried for centuries to see the Xbox could play music from another pc. So I tried to copy all the settings to my laptop and it worked. I think it came down to either the 3 settings in 'advanced sharing settings.
