  You've done a good job answering my question.  Somehow, and I don't know how I did it I accidentally erased all the favourites I had accumulated for quite some time.  I have not found these missing Favorites in the trash that is where I would have expected to have. But that's another story and not a good thing.  I have so appreciated your efforts and I hope at some point I can get these favorites - wherever they are now.

  /DataImport is a shared file system mounted on Linux server and am able to see the file of data out there. But receive the error below to try to copy the data file on the linux server. Could someone let me know if I missed something / how to fix this error.

  To be honest, I don't really see what you have done in the op, so I can't really comment on. I see you have an export of the TTS, but that's all.

  If you have followed all the list I mentioned (you did write the TTS reading?), then you can try to save the file with RMAN, but I suspect that it does not work. Do you get the error even if you move the shared location (/ donneesimporter) to a local directory on the target area? Maybe he doesn't like the fact that it's a NFS mount (or whatever the proportion is).

  Or maybe it's because you going to 10.2.0.4 10.2.0.5. I have always had the same group of patches and updated once I had plugged the tablespaces on the target database.

  With PS CS 5, ACR 7.3 will not work.

  So either you go to 6 CS or DNG converter allows you to convert images to DNG format that you can open in CS 5

  I'm relatively new to essbase. I'm trying to see if taking the back to the top of the map files, data file and security, can restore us the essbase application.

  I copied the outline of a cube ASO 'A' in another word to say 'B '.

  I'm doing the same thing for the data file. But the problem is that I'm not able to see all the data in 'B' when I got the data. I do not know if what I'm doing is just. Could someone please suggest?

  Once you copy the contour on different App folder stop and start Essbase and see if you are able to see the dimensions in this app (you must have the otl file and keep the files renamed as database name), open the outline and save.

  Export the data from the first application and import these data files on the second request snack if you want to go with manual steps.

  Am not very sure I have no idea of ASO and it's just my guess.

  Windows will always add something, or a menu item to copy a list of files in Windows Explorer in the form of text in an application?  I would like to run a DOS command (dir c: /s > c - example.txt) as I did years ago, but as I'm sure your aware, constantly been availible for years and your virtualization Windows MS-DOS command line is incompatible with my new computer... All solutions would be grately appreciated.

  I have good news for you:

  There are two ways to do what you want:

  The first is the simplest and is already in Windows 7 (and Vista by the way):

  1. highlight one or more files that you want to know the way in Explorer.
  2. press and hold the SHIFT keyand right-click on one of the highlighted files.
  3. when the popup menu appears, click the entry in the path of the copy which appeared as if by magic, because you're now the SHIFT key.

  A slightly better method, IMO, but it takes a little extra work is to add an extension to the send menu to allow you to right-click on one or more files and choose send to-> Clipboard (as name).  This somehow me seems more practical, because I'm used to the way in which the rear PowerToys when.  Such an extension, which also adds a nice Panel to help you manage the menu send to, is a neat package small freeware called send to toys, by Gabriele Ponti, which can be downloaded here: http://www.gabrieleponti.com/software/index.html#sendtotoys

  A nice feature of the program send to toys, is that you can even have it put quotes around any path to file that contains white space.  Practice indeed!

  P.S., A command line similar to BACK tool is still (and always has been) available.  On the start menu, select: Start -> all programs -> Accessories -> command prompt.  Or you can just run: CMD.exe

  Who does not work even when the online version and commercial version are somewhat different and your retail key are except in the download web site.   Open the TEMP folder (press Windows + R and type %temp%) and delete all the files inside.

  This happens with any specific PDF or all PDFs?

  You can try to disable the Safe_mode opening drive then go to ' Edit > Preferences > (protection)»

  I just found out that JPEGs, edited and recorded by CS4 still wear their original creation time in windows Explorer, regardless of how many times they have been modified, which makes it very inconvenient and confusing, without opening the files to find out.   You say that you see the creation Date column in Windows Explorer, but not update?

  If this is the case, it's an easy fix...  In Windows Explorer, right click on the bar with the titles (for example, on the title the creation Date) and check the update box.  Normally the update, this is what is displayed by default Explorer for the elements of the General.  I don't know what is shown for other types of files, I use only general articles.

  What do you see when you follow these steps:

  1. right click on the folder that contains your images (in the navigation to the left).

  2. Select Properties.

  3. click on the Customize tab.

  I want to slightly reduce the system (C) partition, create a partition to 15 GB, copy the files from recovery to there (to keep the recovery files isolated) and rename this partition as the new D drive.

  To be honest I have don t think that HDD recovery works if you copy the files to another partition.
  Why you want to do this?

  I use the factory form C: and D: partition by default. On C:, I installed all my programs and on drive D: I saved my files private photo, music, videos, Documents, etc.

  I don't see any reason to create a separate partition for HARD drive recovery files because they are saved in an additional folder.
