Can we get along and the skinny on Dell's Active pens?

So I just bought a Dell Pro 11 Dell taking place.  Screaming deal - $513 after shipping and taxes for a tablet of class business with a TPM, a good BIOS/UEFI (suck it, Surface) and accessible (including batteries!) internal material as well as delicious cherries on top like the WiDi, NFC, Miracast, etc.  The Haswell with the latest Intel Core i5, 8 GB of RAM, and 256 GB SATA SSD (slime) are pretty Ballin ', too.  I'm very excited about it, and I thank you, Dell, for the design of this piece of engineering magnificence and to make accessible to a cheapskate like me for about 500 dollars to panic.

There is ONE thing, however, that frustrate me.

I received an email this morning from Aishwarya J Manay informing me that the active stylus Dell #750 - LT. I had selected in my order was no longer available, but that he could order me the replacement unit - the Dell #750 - AAGN active stylus.  Interesting.

First of all, accessories for e-mail client (in this case me) to ask what they want!  It's good customer service!

On the flipside, I SCOURED internet for more information on the differences between them, and I've found NO official information about it.  I'm flying blind, relying on hearsay and message forum.  While useful, it would be nice to have a breakdown of the differences between these pens directly from the horse's mouth.  I read that the first version of the active stylus Dell was somewhat full of bugs related to the precision and responsiveness - flaws that would be dealbreakers for me.  If I wanted a Tablet only generic without a stylus and a digitizer, I have set for the Atom-based sites or go with another brand altogether... but I wanted a tablet which had a GOOD pen and a GOOD scanner with GOOD responsiveness for digital take notes, sketch and art.

So with my research, it SEEMS to me that #750 - AAGN is the new active stylus Dell... but my own reading, it seems that it might actually be the THIRD and last revision?  But I honestly don't know--maybe it's the first, and you guys are just trying to pawn off the coast of some old stock on some dumb * who don't know any better (shakes fist with anger).

I don't know, but it would be nice to hear official word on this subject from you guys...

Sincerely,

-Anyone who is considering buying a Dell coming Pro.

I think your interpretation is correct: the stylus you will receive, with a barrel that is half silver, half black (all previous versions/revisions were all black), is the last refinement (let's call it a revision or a new version) unhappy stylus pen active Dell, Dell has worked to eliminate earlier, problems.  I usually heard for most of the positive things about it, and that Dell "finally got right."

You can read much more on its subject (the active stylus for Dell, all the versions/revisions) from the perspective of the consumer in the various threads on the forum Dell tabletpcreview.com.   http://Forum.TabletPCReview.com/forums/Dell.1032/ and here is the direct link to the most recent thread, discussing the latest version.  http://Forum.TabletPCReview.com/threads/new-Dell-stylus-11-3-14.64415/
