  I use a MacBookAir.  I send a photo from Lightroom 5 to 12 items and appears in the photo, BUT when I press "Layers" (bar at the top on the screen), ALL THE CHOICES (for example, "duplicate layer") are 'whited out' and none of them pressing results in NO ACTION.  In other words, I'm IMPOSSIBLE the ELEMENTS of USE IN LAYERS 12.     All have worked (and STILL works) fine to 10 items.  Something fundamentally wrong, but I don't know what!  ANY IDEAS?   (1) you are using a 16-bit/channel image - go to Image-> Mode-> 8 bits/channel

  (2) you are not in Expert mode - click Expert top

  There is no possible way to turn it off without having to contact the original owner. Nothing whatsoever.

  This is why you should always check if find my iPhone is not activated on a used phone.

  I found the solution problem is in the DSN. I've been using the user instead of DSN system DSN.

  It's important to create the system DSN if you want your VI of web service to communicate with the database.

  PS Please put feature bundle format timestamp and XY graph in the web user interface designer. It's complicated to trace data with datetime on X axis without them.

  Could you clarify your question a bit more? Looking for agent-> server HQ communication or agent-> communication monitored service?

  If this is an agent-> HQ server then they communicate with each other using foam which is a specific HQ communication protocol.
