  Back to the original question, to which I have the answer. "GENUINE WINDOWS VISTA HOME Premium DIGITAL TUNER" is Microsoft Vista which is loaded on the hard drive. It is NOT hardware and software it's my operating system.

  There is no guessing what is in my PCI-E slot. It's My Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT 1024 MB graphics card. There is no tuner embedded, or "video" as you call it.

  To finalize my contributions to this post, I have fixed my original problem I came here looking for advice for in the first place. It's actually a corrupt Windows operating system file that runs my TV tuner, which caused all my problems. I reinstalled my Vista operating system to its original state, and now the TV tuner works fine.

  Thank you for making at least an attempt to help out me. As you can see, over 6 billion people on the planet, only came forward... I appreciate it.

  DellCares - February 27, I worked with a Dell representative via chat and asked for their help in buying a lock for my new Dell laptop.  They provided the part number and the link to the lock that said would work, so I ordered delivery the next day. I got the lock 2 March 2015. It did not fit my Dell laptop.

  I have notified the Dell Support via chat March 2 and reported the problem. They provided me with what should have been the lock correct room and told me I had to contact Dell back... but they were closed.  So I went on my business trip (without a work laptop lock I sent the next day).

  When I returned and called Dell returns March 30, I was told that they would not throw me a refund. They have categorically and repeatedly told me that I had passed the 30 day window and there was nothing they could do.  I pointed out that the mistake was theirs and that I had contacted the same day I received the lock and reported the problem.  Not to mention that my subsequent follow-up call was still only 28 days after I got bad locking. They said sorry, they can't help me.

  I asked to speak to someone else, I'm sure that Dell would not treat a paying customer who had harmed like this.  I was told there was no one to talk with and without other channels.  The advice that they gave me were to check eBay and see if I can find a lock which fits for cheap.

  That seems like a fair answer, or even a good way to do business?  I hope that your answer is no.  The crazy is I wasn't even asking for my money back - I wanted to just swap it for the locking system that actually works!  Is - this unreasonable? Can Dell, you please help to solve this problem?

  I work for a digital marketing agency and have eaten a lot of flight of my brothers IT recently to have bought a new Dell laptop (which had problems with touch-screen / keyboard - but that's for another post).  They warned me of Dell customer service.  I want to prove them wrong, so can you please please please just share this laptop lock for the one I was supposed to get?  I prefer not to hunt Dell everywhere in social media to try to fix this error.

  I have an application that uses cookies and client variable for process/track user activity in a cluster server environment. Basically, a user is able to see a client at a time and each client has its own database.  I know that if you have multiple accouts email Hotmail, Yahoo, etc., you can access time in the same way.

  BUT I wonder if there is a way for the user to access several customers at the "same time", which means, a browser page customer is A, a browser page customer is B, a browser page customer is C, etc.  If the user has access to the right to all clients, logically he can open any two or more customers and its CRUD.

  Can this be achieved?

  There are two ways you could do this:

  1. Or you pass the CFID and CFTOKEN autour in the URL instead of the cookie and specify the instance of 'customer' in the CUSTOMER or SESSION scope. I wouldn't want to, recommend this method because it makes so much so much so much easier hijacking sessions.
  2. Keep the CFID and CFTOKEN in the cookie are they belong.  Pass around a variable in the URL specifying the instance of the client.  Then you should also encrypt the variable or pass around a hash with it. (hash and use the CFID and a secret key in the form of salt)
