I missed the last two payments (December 2014 & January 2015) because the credit card, I got the file has been exceeded and I forgot to renew it.   CS5 to create problems to update the menu help.  Best to download and install manually.

  Another problem with CS5 was the Bridge opens as a process in the background and must be closed in the taskbar > hidden icons before updating.

  In order to open Pentax K-3 RAW files in Photoshop, you must at least Camera Raw 8.3 and above.

  However Photoshop CS3 will be unable to update until that Camera Raw 8.3

  Then I suggest you download DNG Converter, convert the PEF files to the DNG file format, and then use in Photoshop.
