Hello, I work for a Department at the University of Kentucky. We bought a membership creative cloud in November 2015 for a temporary worker, who has now left. His e-mail has been disabled by campus and it is impossible to connect to his account to delete any credit card information because he forgot his password. I think that the University purchasing card, we used is always on his account and I do not want to be charged for another year, especially since our University has a site license now for the creative cloud. Received a phone call from someone who has not been named (call from a blocked telephone number) saying that Microsoft would block my computer within 24 hours due to virus, we have been forward to microsoft.
