  Hello support, I signed up for the "trial" of 30 days and cancelled within the first 30 days because I felt that I couldn't use the images of 10 per month. When I talked with the cat they said the cancellation is past not and after 30 minutes of goes and comes, she agreed to cancel the subscription without any cancellation fees; However wouldn't pay me for months.   If you subscribe to the offer of 10 images/month promo you will be charged the price displayed and then receive a refund for that amount.

  If you cancel within the 1st month then there will be no other load.

• Cancel Adobe Stock at exactly 1 month

  I went to cancel my subscription Adobe Stock today, exactly 1 month after signing (joined on 2/14 and it is now 3/14).  Looks like I was charged today, so apparently the rules are charged once I'm stuck with the plan.  Is this fair?  If so, it sucks.  I get it if I come back on 1 month + 1 day, but this seems to be a grey area which should benefit to the Subscriber.

  Thoughts?

  Cancellation must be done before the renewal date - before March 14, in this case.

  I added the trial version free Adobe Stock to my subscription of the CC and used about 6 of 10 free photos. I went to cancel within 30 days to find that my account had already been loaded on the 29th day renewal period? Tried to chat to solve, the guy told me that my subscription had several months (CC MY account has been, no STOCK).  There is no help, because they would not pay the renewal or cancel the subscription without 'start' fresh termination $159! What gives? After researching I found free trial Adobe Stock SCAM with a few others who have signed up for the trial period and tried to cancel.  I am not happy and certainly suspicious of all future subscription. I just want to cancel the Add on stock! Any other suggestions that taking to Twitter? Someone had problems with subscription cancellation?

  Your subscription of Stock began on 23 March, renewed on 23 April.  It seems that this charge had already dealt when you contacted support & have been notified of the early termination fee.

  I'll need to Stock subscription must be cancelled without fees.
