Refund for cancellation within the trial period
Hello support, I signed up for the "trial" of 30 days and cancelled within the first 30 days because I felt that I couldn't use the images of 10 per month. When I talked with the cat they said the cancellation is past not and after 30 minutes of goes and comes, she agreed to cancel the subscription without any cancellation fees; However wouldn't pay me for months. I'm a little ANGRY. I have AA X that allows me to update and buy AA DC. I bought DC AA after the trial period. I was unable to activate the program. Chatted with representative for 1 HOUR. She did just what I had done on several occasions to get Adobe Acrobat DC activated and failed. She did a good job that she finally got the Windows Installer error: "this installation package would not open. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package. "Now there is no way to use even the DC AA naked without the tools. Any Suggestions?

In case you are working on a windows machine and after following the instructions above, you still encounter the same problem, can you please review the instructions below.
- Restart the computer in safe mode with network.
- Immediately after the computer is turned on or restarts (usually after your computer beep), press F8 at 1-second intervals.
- After that your computer displays hardware information and performs a memory test, the Advanced Boot Options menu appears.
- Use the arrow keys to select Safe Mode or Safe Mode with network and press ENTER.
- Please sign out and sign back for the creative Cloud Desktop Application and verify that the subscription is not trial showing.
- Restart the computer and check the creative Cloud Desktop Application.

I installed a single A / B. I campaign chose the option to send automatically the winning version after the test at the end of the period. However, I like to plan the winning version that will be sent immediately after the end of the test, but at a later date. Is this possible, and if so, where can I change this? I don't want to cancel the campaign before the trial period.
Hi Katarina - If you do not check the "automatically send the winning version" and then once the trial period is over - you can manually select the email winner every time you want it be sent but the winning email will be unfortunately sent when there is no option to schedule email winner for later.

I recently installed the trial Adobe XI and end of the trial period, so I wanted to revert to the version that I already had. I didn't know any uninstall feature and my old version is apparently replaced by the trial version. I can not re - install a version previous b/c I need a product Id (God alone knows where it is now) and a way to uninstall the trial. Any ideas?
When you installed the trial, it should have been an option for ignoring your current installation and let. Apparently you skipped this case. To uninstall the trial (in Windows) go to control panel > programs and features and select XI Acrobat and choose uninstall. After uninstallation, run http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html to clean your system. HOWEVER, if you see your old Acrobat in this window, do not run the vacuum cleaner, but do a repair on the old version.
You did not mention the old version you had. You could try http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html. With respect to S/N, you should have the registry and if so you can get it from Adobe. The instructions are at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html#adobeproductdownload.
Be sure to save any download of the old Installer and the S/N for CD or HD backup for future use. They will likely not be available.
