Cancel Adobe Stock at exactly 1 month

I went to cancel my subscription Adobe Stock today, exactly 1 month after signing (joined on 2/14 and it is now 3/14).  Looks like I was charged today, so apparently the rules are charged once I'm stuck with the plan.  Is this fair?  If so, it sucks.  I get it if I come back on 1 month + 1 day, but this seems to be a grey area which should benefit to the Subscriber.

Cancellation must be done before the renewal date - before March 14, in this case.

I will arrange for subscriptions to be cancelled and pay for March.

    Sorry for the confusion caused.

    The system calculates automatically the cancellation after 14 days according to the standard subscription terms.

    However, with the Stock promotion cancellation fees will be not processed if cancellation is made within the first month.

    Unfortunately, if you cancel the subscription, you lose credits without a license.

    Like many other people on this forum before me, I was sucked into the trap that a register for an Adobe Stock of the trial.     It is exasperating to talk to a service via chat agent. Don't even bother. You'll end up with the same offer, they give you if you try to cancel yourself, free to stay a few months and a massive headache. It's really only postpone the burden.

    The offer stipulates that your first month will be refunded when you sign up for a year Adobe Stock (10 images/month) and you can cancel the risk free in the first month.  Before entering you must agree to the terms and conditions that stipulate that if you cancel after the period of the offer, you will be charged 50 percent of your remaining contract obligation.

    I signed up for the trial of Adobe Stock and uploaded a few photos. In the meantime, I've been incredibly busy with work and family issues. I forgot the trial and began to get it charged (and have had four months now). 'No problem', I thought. "I will simply cancel the membership now that I had time to deal with him." When I go to to cancel, I am obliged to contact support on this subject. Odd. I'm now being told I can't cancel, and if I want to, there is a cancellation fees of $131. WHAT! I had to pay $ 33 per month for four months, only uploaded a few photos and I can't cancel the membership? What about Adobe? A quick search shows tons of people having the same problem. Paid for cloud creative since it was first announced and bought all versions of Creative Suite since CS2.

    Lol you can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you lose all unused licenses during the cancellation of your membership.

    Same problem - your support invite you a user to "contact customer support" to cancel, but then the cat link does not work - it is not clickable, and I was sent around in circles again and again.

    Confirmation in the Cancel Plan pop up, "click on . General conditions of subscription to consult the cancellation policy, or click on Customer support for an annulment. »


    There is no customer support, Chat is not available, only leaving here.

    I talked to a counselor on Sept. 27. I wanted to cancel my 10images adobe monthly, but there is no option to do it on my adobe ID. The advisora said I should update my payment information (paypal), pay for a month and then I would be able to cancel without fees. I tried several times in vain to update my correct payment information. Whenever I update, the new details are accepted and I save them, but shortly after a red flag appears asking me to update again.
