  Make sure that you use the last DC of Adobe Acrobat Reader Acrobat Reader DC Learn & Support to use Adobe PDF pack or attempt to use the service online at https://cloud.acrobat.com/

  There is no serial number for PDF Pack, and he will never ask you for one.

  It seems that if you paid for PDF Pack and download Acrobat Pro. Two different things, completely.

  PDF Pack has nothing to do with the editing of PDF files (except by converting into Word).

  I see that you have a single PDF and Indesign App pack subscription. It will be best to upgrade your membership to creative cloud all of the apps you will get Acrobat DC with it and have more capabilities than PDF package. In addition, all products included in creative suite cloud.

  According to the description, you are facing problems with display PDF document on the website Facebook. To quickly provide a solution, answer these questions:

  If you are using Internet Explorer then I suggest you to follow these steps and check if it works.

  Method 1: You can open Internet Explorer mode without modules and check if the problem persists.

  Run Internet Explorer in "no Add-ons" mode

  a. click Startand type Internet Explorer in the box to start the search.

  b. click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). Internet Explorer opens without Add-ons, toolbars, or plug-ins.

  c. test Internet Explorer to verify that it works correctly.

  Licenses are managed by signing with your Adobe Acrobat DC identification code you install Acrobat DC on the new computer, log in and you will work.
