Cancel subscription Adobe Captivate
Hello
I am trying to cancel a subscription to Adobe Captivate. I was charged automatically when I said that I wanted to. I just noticed in recent days that the subscription was not cancelled.
It is too difficult to cancel the subscription and I followed all the links just to get to the same place over and over again.

I got a subscription to Adobe Captivate 8 in February. Can I cancel my subscription 8 Captivate without penalty (as I'm moving to Captivate 9), or should I wait until the year is to be upgraded?
Subscription is not attached to the version of Captivate. You can download 9 Captivate and use the same subscription id. Make sure you disconnect from Captivate 8, as this is considered to be new use for instance of Captivate with the subscription ID.

Recently purchased captivate subscription 9 and installed on mac. When I try to open I get the message ' to open Adobe Captivate for must install legacy Java SE 6 runtime. ADOBE CAPTIVATE IS ASKING FOR A SERIAL NUMBER
Hi all!
I tried to reinstall my adobe captivate 9.0 on my PC that I recently uninstalled but the software requires the serial number of the product that I have ever received. So I couldn't reinstall the application on my system. I'm on a recurring monthly for a period of one year and I received emails from adobe asking me to update my credit card information. Could someone please advise on how to on this subject?

If you have a subscription license, sign in with your Adobe ID (the one used for the subscription). Install the trial version of Captivate and when you start, your ID will be recognized.

Problems with downloading Adobe Captivate
I bought the monthly subscription for 9 Captivate. I received an email with a link, but need me only to places where I can manage my plans, my account, etc. When I click on Captivate 9, it says I have no registration number to enter. I had no problem at all downloading items this subscription cloud creatives, but I desperately need to download Captivate 9 today. Can someone direct me to the correct location.
