Cancellation of my subscription for a refund
Before you buy a subscription to the month for Adobe CC, I read on the refund policy. Only, I bought the subscription about three days ago and canceled it because it wasn't what I was looking for. I received an email saying that the cancellation when through, and that I would have access to the next payment date. However, I do not like and do not want to access so far. I try so to find a way to contact Adobe to ask them to return the product for a refund, I've not had the product for more than four days. But no matter how many times I try to communicate with them, I find myself circling around back on the forums. I can't find a way to contact someone directly. Anyone know of a way I can have my concerns as well as a way to solve this problem?

I ordered an item on my iPad from Udemy. The iPad repeated that its cancellation all the time so I used a problem report to request a refund. Not two minutes passed, and I got the price I had paid for.

RECENTLY I bought the subscription for the month, but then canceled (I think?) because I'm frustrated. I've been using bridge and photoshop cs6 for 4 years. I've never understood light room and where it is located. I've dabbled with it and I couldn't find out how to save my images in my workflow of currengt, or how to resize and put a border around my images. How to save for web and as TIFF, as I did for all my files for four years. LR seems to be taking pictures of my Iphoto folder and I don't use that.
