Well, follow the procedure below:
Launch monitor activity and "Force quit" all processes associated with Adobe as creative cloud, CoreSync, AAMupdater, AAMupdater notify, demon Adobe Crash of the activity monitor.
Follow the previous steps again, but this time rename OOBE folder OOBE-old.
Then launch creative cloud app and check.

You can opt for the one application CC if the product is available. The CC app cannot be designed according to the choice.

RECENTLY I bought the subscription for the month, but then canceled (I think?) because I'm frustrated. I've been using bridge and photoshop cs6 for 4 years. I've never understood light room and where it is located. I've dabbled with it and I couldn't find out how to save my images in my workflow of currengt, or how to resize and put a border around my images. How to save for web and as TIFF, as I did for all my files for four years. LR seems to be taking pictures of my Iphoto folder and I don't use that. I tried to cancel the cc of photoshop and lightroom cc and cc bridge but I don't know if I did. I am really confused, and I have work to do. What can I do, do I do, help me! @@ !

I just changed my computer and I have a subscription with creative cloud but my online account settings now say I didn't... but I do pay by adobe lately, September 11... .so now my PhotoShop is now in test mode... If you updated to Creative Cloud 2015 and some or all of your CC applications show 'trial start or buy now' in the desktop app creative cloud, or if you launch any product of CC 2015 and the pop up displays a test message window, please check this link for the resolution:

I checked your account using the email address that you use in the forums - there is no recent purchases subscription (although it seems that you subscribed to ExportPDF in January). What service tried you to cancel?
You can cancel yourself by following the instructions in this document: cancel your subscription or membership. Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services (but please note that Adobe only offers refunds for cancellations that occur within the first 30 days of subscription).

I have a subscription to Creative cloud which says that I have access to the full version of Acrobat Reader DC. However, when I open Acrobat Reader DC and I connect with my creative cloud user account, I get only have access to the free version of Acrobat Reader DC, which excludes features such as PDF editing functions (delete page for example).

Please download Acrobat DC of your application in creative cloud on your system.
Then you can 'Edit PDF' under the Tools menu in Acrobat DC. Acrobat Help. Edit PDF files

I currently have an active subscription to creative cloud for Photoshop. I wiped my PC just recently (Windows 8.1 - custom build), and on redownloading photoshop, she asked a serial number Photoshop launch when I use my log-in. I followed all directions:
-Change of English International management
-Logging outgoing/incoming
-Etc. (from the list of the usual culprits)
... but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
