Cancellation of one Adobe creative cloud
Im trying to cancel my account of cloud a year adobe. My renewal date is in March and I am looking for a way to cancel the account. Ive read that it says that you don't need customer support to cancel in the last month of this plan, but I would like just a few comfirmation that its been cancelled.

I want to cancel my free subscription to 30 days of Adobe Creative cloud and I was instructed to type my request here for instructions.
If you are using the free trial of creative cloud, there is no need to cancel because you haven't bought anything.
If you no longer wish to use creative cloud and to uninstall, please follow these instructions to uninstall creative Cloud applications:
Uninstall or remove Cloud Creative applications
After you have uninstalled all applications CC, you can delete the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

Cancellation of the plan one year Adobe Creative cloud
Hello, in August 2014 I did a one year for Adobe Creative Cloud for student membership. Each month, I had a billing evidence in my account, but I had, always every month, a double debit on my credit card note so I decided to cancel my subscription. Indeed in August 2015, I made the termination of my program by an email I received from Adobe. I went into my account and made a clik on "by only it piano clicca who" and I made a screenshot of the page in which it was written that my plan would be canceled in September 2015 29 (I still have the screenshot and I can send you if you need it).
Today morning, so that I saw an e-mail (in another email address, not the same as the account of cloud creative adobe) in which I received a notification that has been the third tent to payment plan that did not work.
So the question is: my plan for one year for creative cloud is always on the go or not? Because I was convinced that my plan were already cancelled (to the point that I have used none of the programs Adobe Creative cloud after half of the Septmber 2015).
Also, I still have a lot of 'double' payments to recover and I really want to know how to do it.

I really want to cancel my subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud.
I have concluded my one year subscription to Adobe Creative cloud and I contacted customer service and they cancelled my subscription and they tell me there will be no charge for cancellation because I concluded my full year. I have a transctiption of this cat. Now, I got an email telling me that "per your request, it we have reactivated your subscription to Creative Cloud", what is happening here? I was not reactivated my account!, I've cancelled my subscription. (Adobe) Really I don't need another year of creative cloud. The chat option is disabled and when I call the phone number provided by Adobe, he only told me of a conversation with and Adobe representative, but disabled!. Are there still people who take care of the clients?
