Cancellation of the annual subscription to the members of the team
After spending the last 3 days, to try to remove the feature of auto-renew or cancel the composition of the team, I'm more upset. I tried several calls to your so-called "customer service" phone number. Each trial irritates me in a very polite person that "captures my information" and transfers my call to the one who is supposed to solve my problem. After being on hold for a total of 5 hours (!), I'm using this means of communication. Your function of so-called "cat" has not been available for 3 days in a row well that your website promises "(24/heures par jour 7 jours par semaine) access." I suggest you rename your "Customer Service" Department "Customer Aggrevation".
I would appreciate it if someone can solve this problem for me. To be precise, I wish that the members of the team under my Adobe account "[email protected]" cancelled at the expiration date of 16 January 2016. Please let me know if you need more information.

I moved from one country to the other and my account had changed with the help of the Adobe support team because it was impossible to do it on my own (couldn't change the country myself).
And the country support team also placed slot my monthly subscription to annual model and makes a "cloud for creative teams", although there is no team as I am a single user.
Now I'm running into problems because I want to cancel my subscription, but im stuck with the annual subscription. I hope that there is a way to solve this issue in a satisfactory manner.

Cancelled annual subscription: where's the return?
My annual subscription has been cancelled within 30 days of the annual renewal period, therefore under the terms of purchase of ADOBE (which I've read before registering) shouldn't I get a full refund? ADOBE is charging me all year and cancel my subscription for one year. Given hundreds, maybe thousands of consumers scammed by extending a subscription they want more pay for, maybe a class action law suit will finally get the attention of the Customer Service. I am not really satisfied with this and the ADOBE customer service is totally unacceptable.
