Impossible to open the feature edit PDF, even if I have a subscription Acrobat Pro DC
When I select Edit PDF, the toolbar does not open. Instead, it gives me the option to "learn more". When I clicked on purchase (thinking that perhaps I haven't it in my subscription) a message pops up saying that I already pay for it. What is going on?
Looks like that you always use the free Acrobat Reader software. Once you get the Acrobat subscription, you must download, install and use Acrobat to open PDFs. The subscription does not add this capability to the free player. It is a separate program.

Hello I had a lot of problems to make Vimeo to work with Responsories between my fluid breakpoints - I have defined it 360, 768, 1024 and 1020 breakpoints. What is happening is when using built in widget Vimeo muse and adjust the widget between breakpoints and then download the site, the widget allows to be played when the phone is held in normal use portrait video. When I'm on my iPhone 6 more, for example, the site load very well with the breakpoint 414. The fines of the video is played. However, then I tilt the phone in landscape mode, the video stops and breaks site for the next breakpoint. I managed to get one or two videos work very well on my site, but others have the same problem above.
On the page below the first video works very well--you can tilt the phone in landscape mode and it continues to play as usual - on the other two videos - it doesn't - the video stops / site goes to the next breakpoint 768.

What I can not understand, that is why the first video work and not the other two. I tried to create pages with scaled down the content to see if I can get the video to work right and it doesn't. This used to be an issue with Muse before the new version of reagent. Because my site has lots of one type of the members of videos I need to find a way to deal with this issue? all suggestions/guidelines would be appreciated. I did the widget extend to the width of the browser in each of the stitches if that helps.

OK made some progress on this issue - but its not the solution I want - I think that what is happening is when you use the widget to say about 1200 downtime and scale down to each of the lower stop points - you this question - BUT if you copy the widget into the offending breakpoint and hide the original widget and then paste the widget of the memory - so it works very well in this breakpoint - I suspect that there is a bug with the widget / Muse because it works when the SAME scale inserted widget between breakpoints and will work if you paste a widget FRESH in the offending breakpoint - this should be fixed!

- Last week I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro XI - it does not work - I can access the forms - but I can't access the Basic program - reps tech worked on it for a long period of time last week and now I can't even open the Basic program. Frustrated
2 weeks as my hard drive (XPS18) locked Windows me - I could not go to a restore point, I couldn't do anything. So I had to start from scratch - re-load the operating system - windows 8.1 Pro 8.1. Then it is time for reloading MS Office 2013 - I got my Dell/MS product key - but had to get involved Microsoft (do whatever they did) to allow me to put it back in my current product key. All resolved, then is the time to go to my Adobe product - I've contacted Dell and I shared the purchase and shipment showing slip $ 299.00 for the Adobe product. I assumed that it is in my digital library - I could not find any digital library - so I called the customer support number (Overseas) and they couldn't help me. Bottom line, I paid for an installed electronic product and don't have no way to access to re - load. After several days and calls - I am at my last appeal on October 23 in the morning - bottom line the tech rep could not find any information on my Adobe product. In order for me to get my business online, I ended up buying another Adobe product price still an another $ $299,00. Yes, it was a new version of what I had, but again he did have to pay full price, even if it's an upgrade, then after installation, integration, and the Fund - I asked for documentation for the Adobe product and the license key. He said "do not worry about this, all you have to do is call the customer service number and we will help you" - well this isn't enough for me - because you can see above what happened earlier and I am complete was dissatisfied with the results. I've been a long-time buyer/user and believe in the Dell product - but the service the customer to your loyal customers really sucks! As a consumer of your product (s), all that I pay because I should receive the required documentation, the numbers of license and any information related to that hardware, software and firmware - I should have a way to access.
